Perfect location for walking through out downtown Greenport. The house was perfect for a quiet relaxing few days. Check in and check out procedures were easy and host was very responsive. The house was clean and everything worked perfectly
A great spot to enjoy all that Greenport has to offer. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the very comfortable king size bed, and sitting out on the back porch with our coffee in the morning.
We loved our stay at this cozy apartment! We came over the 4th of July weekend and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location is right in the middle of town, walking distance to the grocery store, and all bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean, neat and provided everything we needed for our stay. We can't wait to come back soon!
Went with my adult daughter. Nicer to have 2 bedrooms as opposed to one hotel room. Very clean, plenty of toiletries, excellent shower, comfortable beds. Extremely convenient location, able to walk to center of Greenport in a few blocks. Would recommend
Nice place, needs blinds in 2nd bedroom and upstairs neighbour was making a lot of noise at 4 in the morning.

The house smelled awful the first night, of mildew. The smell went away after opening every window in the unit for the entire next day.I get that the owner lives upstairs and needs to make a living, but every morning we were woken up by them walking at 3:30 am on their way out the door.

Weekend Getaway
Great location in Greenport. Host requested that we take our shoes off when in the unit. Flip flops were supplied but it was an inconvenience to constantly have to take your shoes off. Walls were relatively thin and at 4:00 am every morning you could hear people upstairs getting ready to leave. Wasn’t a great sleeping experience. Other places we have stayed at provided instructions on check in and check out. No information was supplied for this unit.

I messaaged the owner a few days before check in asking for instructions. We arrived with no instructions. Messaged again from the front door and waved into the camera. After 15 minutes we got the lock box combination. Most windows have only sheer curtains so light booms in at sunrise and from the street you can clearly see into the house. Owner told me he is working on controlling the ants in the kitchen as well as trying to keep the toilet paper despenser on the wall. Not worth the price paid in my opinion.
Our stay was very good. The house is very comfortable. I have, accidentally, left some clothing items behind at the house and am trying to get in touch with the owner(who lives upstairs) so I can arrange to have them returned to me.
Please have the owner, Chong Bar Rhee, get in touch with me so I can arrange to have my things returned.

We attended a bridal shower for our son’s fiancée and made it a 3 day getaway.
Great location- a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and activities of Greenport, NY, a lovely seaport community.
This first floor unit of a two family house was efficient and clean. We heard nothing from the upstairs occupants. The owner supplied us with everything we needed. Even though the houses on the street are somewhat close together, the neighborhood was quiet and the surrounding properties were well maintained.
After a small communication snafu when we first arrived, our stay went flawlessly.
I would rent this unit again.
The pros: excellent location— short walk to delicious bagel store, supermarket, excellent restaurant (First and South highly recommend) and downtown area. Very very clean. Everything looks new. TV with netflix, coffe maker, toaster.
Cons: providing lamps in living room and most importantly bedrooms would go a long way in comfort level. Harsh overhead lighting in all rooms does not make for a cozy atmosphere. Also providing some paper towels, dishcloth and blow dryer.
You will absolutely fall in love with Greenport and the neighborhood is a perfect location to walk just about anywhere.
The beds in the home are super comfy and the bathroom shower head is unique and a fun experience!
Just so travelers are prepared, you will want to bring your own hair dryer, iron, tissues, and possibly extra towels. There were 3 full size towels provided but if we had been a group of 4, someone would have been out of luck!
Overall, cute little apartment in a quiet, easily walkable neighborhood.
Everything was great about our stay, but what you see is what you get. Few recommendation to the owner…Need to replace the couches. They are uncomfortable cheap and need to be replaced. The sandal thing in the house kind of freaked me and my wife out why would I wear sandals that someone else wore??? you can get warts or fungus from that. Other than that, what you see is what you get great location and I was able to park in the driveway.
This property is great, perfect for a couple or small group. Very close to the center of town and a lot of parking available.

Nice location
The property was nice, we were super close to everything which was great. The house itself was basic but equipped for our needs.
My only complaint is that the host wasn’t very communicative. I reached out about an earlier check in a few days before we were due to arrive and it took until the night before check in to hear back. I was happy to be able to check in earlier but it would’ve been nice to know the answer more than 24 hours in advance. We also were supposed to receive check in information by 12 pm on check in day but they didn’t come until after 1. The check in process was also not super straight forward, we had some trouble when trying to unlock the door with the passcode the first few times.
Overall this property was exactly as advertised and in an awesome location but my recommendation to the host would be to be a bit more communicative with guests.
Reasonable housing for a mother -daughter get away
Great location, walkable to everything in Greenport center. Comfortable beds and good quality linen. New appliances in kitchen, although we didn’t cook so can’t rate kitchen for meal prep. The only reason I gave an overall rating of 4 is that it lacked a few essential items to make it truly comfortable, such as bedside and living room lamps. Only overhead lighting which we found harsh in the evening.
This location is literally steps away from grocery, restaurants, and shops in the charming town of Greenport, NY. The host was helpful and responsive to our requests. Hope to return!
Great location for family vacation on the North Fork
This ground floor 2-bedroom apartment is centrally located and perfect for a family vacation. Just a block from the supermarket and walking distance from central Greenport, plus easy access to ferries and beaches. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen and quality appliances. Keep in mind there is not a washer/dryer and that the pots & pans and provisions were pretty minimal, so plan to buy or bring along what you need if you plan to cook much. Check-in info is not provided until the day of, but all went smoothly once I messaged the host to inquire.

Perfect location. Not a fully stocked/equipped kitchen
The location was perfect. Nice sized rooms. Great shower. Lovely backyard and porch. The kitchen really isn’t fully equipped if you want to cook during your stay. I had my kid bring dish towels, pot holders, place mats, serving ware, more utensils, more plates, ovenware- it’s set up more for long weekend or if your not interested in cooking. We were there 2 weeks. Anyway, I’d do a long weekend there anytime. The location was close to everything. Didn’t need to use the car for anything.
The house was great. The location was close to the center of town . Food was very close . Finding the house was easy . Check in was easy. The owner answered all questions very fast. The house was very clean and quite I would stay here again
