This splendid spacious first floor holiday apartment is located in the heart of bustling Wells-next-the-Sea, within easy walking distance from the shops, café and inns, and just a short stroll from the picturesque quay and small fishing harbour. Comfortably furnished with its own seating terrace makes it an ideal choice at any time of year. Ideal for a family holiday by the sea and exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastal villages and beaches. Sandy beach 1 mile. Sailing, windsurfing, boat trips, riding, cycling available locally. RSPB bird and nature reserves close by. Holkham Hall, parkland and beach 2 miles. Shops 10 yards, pub 500 yards.

We absolutely loved this place and would certainly go back.

We absolutely loved this place and would certainly go back. Only a couple of small niggles - the private car parking had been fenced off (by the Council I guess) so had to take potluck. On the up side, parking charges in this car park were suspended for the duration of our stay. Also, we were woken up early on several mornings by dustmen and deliveries - probably not much fun in the high season. However, we thought this was a great place for an Autumn break. It is central, convenient for the pubs, shops, Fish & Chips etc etc. Highly recommended! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This was my second time at Crown and Anchor, everything was almost perfect, just the inside of the oven was dirty across the bottom and some of the crockery. This would not put me off at booking again, very comfortable, a lot of noise early in the morning of deliveries and people using the car park, but we are up early anyway so wasn't an issue for us. Excellent flat.

Excellent flat. Really enjoyed. Very good location. Lucky that always found space in next door car park. And paying machine not yet working! Only criticism was bathroom furniture. Bath/shower quite unsafe with no grab handles. Basin really stupid - no depth. But overall really good. And of course we’ll placed for North Norfolk sights. John Craig

had a lovely holiday, the apartment is located perfectly for local amenities. i.e. shops bars cafes etc. also close to the sea 1 minutes walk. A perfect place to stay, comfortable and clean.Would recommend it, we will probably go again.
