Separate Toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed garden with patio and sitting-out area. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working sheep farm). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park in a beautiful location with valley and sea views, these semi-detached barn conversions have been sympathetically converted and restored to retain character and charm. Located on a working farm, it is an ideal holiday base to explore some of the best beaches in Wales and is just 2 miles from the coast. Visit the slate caverns and castle and Portmeirion and Snowdonia are easily accessible. St David’s Royal Golf Course and theatre at Harlech. Local tourist attractions include Harlech Castle, Llanfair Slate Caverns and Portmeirion, while all areas of the Snowdonia National Park are easily accessible. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

An absolutely lovely cottage and a very welcoming host.

An absolutely lovely cottage and a very welcoming host. Everything we could have needed for a well needed break. The weather wasn't great because a storm came in just as we arrived so it was especially important that the cottage was as well equipped, decorated and spacious as it was. All the nice touches were there two. A bottle of wine, bara birth and Welsh cakes and all the basic supplies you'd want like coffee, tea, sugar, milk and a variety of spices for cooking. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Lovely cottage up in the hills from a small village called Harlech that is just wonderful. Beautiful beach nearby also. The views from the cottage were absolutley beautiful. Lots of sheep around. Lovely to wake up there and open the blinds. We arrived to a very welcoming and helpful owner who had bought us local treats from the town including Welsh cakes and chocolates. Clean, comfy and tidy. Lots of board games to choose from and movies on Netflix. We had an amazing time! Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday here.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday here. On arrival mrs Evans met us and welcomed us into the property. On entering she showed us around, made us a cup of tea and gave us a homemade cake and a bottle of wine. The cottage is bigger than the pictures let on. The views are some of the best we’ve ever seen. The location of the cottage is so peaceful. We found that it was well positioned for lots of beaches and activities. We will be booking again

Freshly cooked Welsh cakes were waiting when we arrived after dark (and pleased to say the satnav took us to the front door) so it was a lovely surprise to see the view across the mountains when we looked out the next morning. The cottage was spotless, spacious and well equipped and we were made very welcome by the owner. Although it was February we found some great pubs and restaurants, magnificent scenery, great walks and beaches that are out of this world. Add castles, steam railways (not in February alas), slate mines and mountains and we realised that 5 days was not enough. We hope to return soon. There is no mobile signal but there is working WiFi (but at a very basic level)
