Lovely accommodation, suited us perfectly for the weekend. En-suite in every bedroom, cosy seating area snd easy directions to get there. Greeted by the very friendly owner who gave us lots of information about the area.

Rural location, very quiet

Comfortable lodge, well equipped, lovely rural location. We had a wheelchair user with us, everything was accessible but a bit tight in the living area for moving around.

Lovely location

Lovely house. Beautiful rural location. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Lack of wifi not a problem for us . The 4G reception was good.

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend at the wagon lodge.

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend at the wagon lodge. It was perfect for two families and a dog. The kitchen and house in general was really well equipped and we all had a great time. The dog and kids were able to roam freely in the secure & fenced off wrap around garden over looking farm yard and large pond. The two decks outside the front (north facing) and back doors (south facing) were perfect for enjoying the sun all day, and taking in the views, watching all the lambs in the fields around us. We all really enjoyed the opportunity to hold some very young lambs and the owners were very happy to answer all the questions we had, which was fascinating. All the beaches & restaurants the owners suggested were perfect, we loved the rock pools in Pett We were very keen to come back soon Thank you x

We had a lovely stay , all 7 of us in Wagon Lodge situated on a farm surrounded by sheep and lambs.

We had a lovely stay , all 7 of us in Wagon Lodge situated on a farm surrounded by sheep and lambs. It was lambing season which was wonderful to see. The lodge accommodated us all comfortably and was very well equipped, very warm and had plenty of hot water. There were 4 bedrooms all with their own en suite, a twin and double downstairs and two doubles upstairs. which suited us perfectly. Rye is a 10 minute drive away and there are lots of local places to visit withing 40 minutes or so. You could also take a walk from the farm across the fields but you really need a car to get around from there, although there is a bus stop at the end of the lane.
