Welcome pack. Courtyard with garden furniture. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). No smoking.. Rural views. Harris Croft Farm is peacefully situated with rural views, and provides an ideal holiday location from which to explore the beautiful countryside of Wiltshire. Horse livery and stabling is available with prior arrangement with the owner. Nearby, Royal Wootton Bassett is a market town with a good selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. With easy access to the M4 it is an ideal base for exploring the attractions of Wiltshire and beyond, with nearby historical houses, museums and heritage sites. Explore Bristol, Bath, Longleat House and Safari Park and a wealth of restaurants and gourmet pubs. Nearby lakes and cycle paths provide ideal opportunities for walking, cycling and observing nature. Stonehenge and Avebury are also close by. For the more adventurous why not try your hand at skydiving with Skydive Netheravon. Aerosaurus balloons take off from the Larmer Tree Gardens, for spectacular views over the Cranborne Chase. Or if you prefer to keep your feet on the ground then why not try your hand at one of our great driving activities on offer across the county. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Great holiday.

Great holiday.. The cottage was very clean and the owner had thought of the little things. The cottage had Tea, Sugar and Coffee and biscuits (for us and the dogs) available. There were basics such as washing up liquid, kitchen and toilet roll and also cooking oil which we thought were very thoughtful of the owner. The only criticism we had was that the only two pubs within walking distance were not ideal. One of them was only open on Sunday lunchtime and closed for the rest of the week and the other was across a very busy road and the dogs were not allowed inside, they also closed at 9pm. If you were to venture further afield there were some lovely pubs. The Fox and Hounds in Swindon was a lovely pub and The Plough in Wanborough was also very good and the food was excellent. The location was great for the many trips we took to the Cotswolds. On average the driving time was 25-30 minutes to visit the many quaint villages located within the area. On the whole, we had a lovely time and would definitey go back again Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The Hayloft was lovely.

The Hayloft was lovely. In a fantastic location. The only problem was that we booked for 4 adults, there was a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in lounge. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable the mattress was all lumpy and the springs were worn out. We brought a blow up mattress and slept on that, which made it more bearable. We think the sofa bed would be more suitable for children. With that said it did not ruin our stay. Would definitely recommend, but for 2 adults and maybe 2 small children not 4 adults. Well maintained cottage, dog friendly, located on the outskirts of Royal Wooton Bassett. Easy access to the M4 and local facilities. We spent 3 nights here the cottage was warm and we'll played out with ensuite bathroom upstairs and a we'll provided kitchen. I did have a problem with getting the electric oven going but a quick call to the owner and they were over to show me how to use it (used to gas ). All in all a pleasant 3 nights we will look to go again

Second visit to the farm, fist time in the Hayloft. Absolutely love this location and accommodation, has everything we could need (including washing machine). Also Dog friendly! Only negative i could possibly think of is Wifi i couldn't connect to but that isn't a big deal at all when I was in this location. Caroline is a wonderful lady, very genuine and welcoming. Love love love this place. Booking again for the new year. Review based my 2 adults and toddler and a lab :-)

Lovely quiet place to relax, there are horse near farm you can feed them carrots.

Lovely quiet place to relax, there are horse near farm you can feed them carrots. Place is clean and tidy with lovely garden , you can open the doors and let your dogs out in spacious garden. There is small complex in walking distance next to pub there is Tesco, fish and chips and Indian take away. We go there every year because it a place where I feel so comfortable. The owner is lovely always leave treats for dogs.
