Perfect location for a small family, with traditional seaside attractions and sandy beaches.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: 32" Freeview TV, Patio Doors To Garden

Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, 22" Freeview TV

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Highchair. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture.. All properties: Gas central heating, electricty, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot. Welcome pack. 2 medium-sized dogs welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Ideal for a family holiday near the coast. Situated in the family, coastal resort of Sutton-on-Sea, on the main road where it joins Sandilands, these single-storey properties provide a lovely base for a holiday. Drift Wood and Sea Shells (refs 29958 and 29959) are attached and Crab Cottage (ref 29960) is detached – they all offer fantastic holiday accommodation. The area has a lot of activities for everyone, with the coastal resort of Mablethorpe close by and Sandilands golf course is 1 mile away. With the sandy beaches within walking distance and shops and pub also a stroll away, there is no need to use the car, but if you want to explore further along the coast, the busy seaside resort of Skegness is 14 miles away, the market towns of Alford, 7 miles and Louth, 20 miles, are all worth a day out. There is also a nearby bus stop which is the main bus route from Skegness to Mablethorpe. There is a popular hotel with a bar close by with two tennis courts. Free fishing is also available nearby. Guests get a 10% discount at The Stables bar and restaurant. Beach 5-minute walk. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Lovely clean bungalow.

Lovely clean bungalow. Comfortable beds. Enclosed garden with very easy access was really useful for my 2 small dogs. Very friendly locals. The property could really use some new cooking tins, and the tv is very small, given that it is high on the wall in the main room. French doors need an inside mat to wipe feet to save the carpet. Clean bedding delivered with a smile half way through my two week stay. Thank you.

Had a lovely weeks stay, the location is great being within walking distance to the beach and a great enclosed garden for the dog. It has everything you need for your stay. Only things that I would mention is the heating seems to have a mind of its own so one minute its chilly then the next red hot with no in-between especially now its getting colder. Also there seemed to be a lot of cobwebs and spiders about and the bath grouting could do with a bleach in places but apart from this it was lovely and clean. A very comfortable bungalow.

A very comfortable bungalow. Lovely & cosy in the sitting room but had problem with heating so bedroom not so cosy - fortunately weather not too cold. Due to covid local eatery no longer open but we used local co-op (a mile walk) satisfactorily. Garden perfect for Tiffin the beagle - the most secure we've had. Your main brochure said a "welcome tray" which was not present but again covid probably forbad this. Some milk would have been appreciated after a 5 1/2 hour journey. Loved the nearest of such a beautiful, sandy beach & Tiffin was like a puppy racing around. Enjoyed good walking in locality & also nearest N.T. property . Would certainly consider another visit & have already recommended "Seashells" to someone. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A little home from home, but I would not want to have 4 adults in it.

A little home from home, but I would not want to have 4 adults in it..very small. Shower brilliant and I think it has a condenser boiler so plenty of hot water. Bedrooms and beds were comfy, but with the window open the cars were quite loud. Only downside is the kitchen is small and there is no fridge freezer - just a small ice box.

Good location, just 5 min walk to beach. Excellent garden for dogs as securely enclosed. Garden furniture would have been nice as picnic bench not good for either of us. Would Definately go again.
