West Bothy is a lovely place to stay.
West Bothy is a lovely place to stay. Wonderful outlook, very comfortable, and two pine martens came to visit! The location is great for exploring Ardnamurchan including a boat trip from Ardnamurchan Charters who are based down the hill in Laga. Wildlife spotting was great - porpoises on Loch Sunart. There were many lovely places to visit and the Salen Jetty Shop is really great - we recommend the cakes and ice cream there. Overall a wonderful week in a most lovely cottage!

Everything including the inside of the house, its grounds, the setting and the views across Loch Sun
Everything including the inside of the house, its grounds, the setting and the views across Loch Sunart is pleasing on the eye. West Bothy is very comfortable and fully equipped with high standards of furnishings and cleanliness. A great place to stay with easy access to all that the Ardnamurchan peninsula has to offer. The wildlife provides entertainment every evening. Contact with the owners was easy and any queries were quickly dealt with.We had a lot of rain but had a great holiday and West Bothy was a significant contribution to our enjoyment of Scotland.
