A Great Break

Located off the main road in a working sheep farm the owner being very pleasant but not intrusive the property was superb, larger than we expected, very clean with all you could wish for if self catering. The furniture including the beds were very comfortable and the shower in the wet room superb. Thank you Mrs Parry

Country Bliss

Enjoyed our stay at this well presented barn conversion cottage located within a sheep farm on the outskirts of Llanystumbwy. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome and the tranquility of its rural setting was perfect for a break from city life. We enjoyed the easy access to the Wales Coast Trail running through the farm and just observing the sheep as they grazed outside our cottage. The location is ideal for touring around North Wales and major supermarkets and restaurants are not far away.

Well located for touring Llyn peninsular, Anglesey and Snowdonia as well as Portmerion, and steam railways from Porthmadog. Thanks to Mrs Parry and her hard working daughter who is always out and about on the farm. Highly recommended.

The owner is very nice and welcoming.

The owner is very nice and welcoming. Its good to be staying on a working farm and see rural life as it realy is. The wifi was excellent in all rooms, the views from the rooms was very scenic with sheep grazing in the field nearby. There is a pub within walking distance, we didnt visit it, but it looked good and was popular with the locals.
