Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electricity, gas, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Cot available.. Communal garden. Parking for 1 car. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star.

Please note that although the property does not accept pets, the owner do on occasion take their own dog and so the property would not be suitable for anyone with an allergy.. The Hollies is a former gentleman’s residence which has more recently been converted into superb quality apartments. Number 3 is on the 1st floor and has incredible views from most rooms. The Hollies is situated in what is believed to be the oldest part of Keswick and probably the quietest, yet is only a minutes walk from the town centre and its many amenities. The property offers a very high standard and guests are sure to enjoy a most comfortable stay around peaceful surroundings, with the benefit of private parking and everything on the doorstep.

Please note: Although the shower in the bathroom is placed above a bath, only the shower can be used. Please do not use the bath.

Nice weekend in Keswick

This was a great apartment. It was exactly as described. The rooms were a great size with very good views over Catbells and the surrounding hills. The place was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. Being two minutes walk from the very centre of Keswick for shops and pubs it was ideally located. Would definitely use it again.

Fabulous location.

Fabulous location. Ideal for the centre of Keswick and surrounding countryside. Lovely first floor flat, with great views of the hill from the windows. Marketed as a three bed flat, but the third room is an extra charge. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. The temperature knob in the shower seemed to have no bearing on the actual temperature. The bedside lamps were aggressively twee and could do with replacing. Despite that, the flat was clean, towels were included, the feel to the flat was excellent and was great value. Have been coming here for a number of years now, it is very convenient for access to town and all amenities there, another big plus is the car parking at the house, so handy if you should need to drive anywhere. The apartment has everything you need for a stress free relaxing holiday.

Everything was brilliant, lovely flat great location wonderful views from the windows, a good parking bay, the only thing that let it down was that the internet access via talk talk was rubbish. 4 days we had no access at all it was down the other days there wasn’t even enough bandwidth to run the apps on my iPad, which was frustrating as I needed to work first thing in the morning and in the evenings, if that gets sorted out and they get a proper provider like Virgin then it would have been the perfect location. These days good internet access is vital to working professionals and lack of proper access really left us very frustrated.
