The property location is excellent, shops, food outlets, good restaurants/ pub.Overall the property and price for our stay was very good but, though I am not not complaining I do have a couple of comments, it would be nice if there was a “ welcome “ book/ information book explaining certain things, it took me ages to to locate central heating controls, also the gas hob piezo played up every time I used it, broken scissors!!Having said that I would visit the wherry agaian 100%

Lovely location.
Lovely location.Cottage was very comfortable and cosy however probably in need of a bit of TLC.Paying for electric a bit petty and the heating control restrictions were a bit annoying. Would suggest these could be absorbed in the overall price. However this would not deter us from returning in the future.

Excellent place to stay, we have been coming to Wroxham for the last 4yrs for our breaks from work & this is the best accommodation so far. The 'Wherry' was 'home from home' & Wendy had supplied all the basics (which was excellent as we forgot to pick up a pint of milk en route) plus a lot more in the way of books & games if you are stuck in for the day. The fish were not so obliging but that was due to the weather. If there has been a prolonged spell of rain the road to the chalet gets flooded so wellingtons are a necessity if you want to walk anywhere. We have booked to return in November 2020 for another wk-end.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location to enjoy the Broads, although we do find it difficult to tear ourselves away from the riverbank & barely move all week, apart from going to the local pubs & restaurants for meals!
Excellent budget accomodation. Ideal location. Friendly property manager. Would definately use again. Could do with new mattresses. Had reservations about electric meter but no problem, cost very little. A very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location and absolutely spotless as usual.
Beautiful location and absolutely spotless as usual. The Wherry has everything you need provided in a homely style. It is peaceful and relaxing watching the boats go by. The location of The Wherry is it's biggest selling point being so close to Wroxham amenities but you wouldn't think so when your there. We have stayed here a few times now and it is always so very clean and ideal if you have a family member with mobility problems. Perhaps some nicer more comfortable outside seating would be a nice improvement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here, in fact already booked again for next year!
