This spacious detached bungalow enjoys direct access to Rhosneigr’s vast sands from its own garden, and a large living room with patio doors overlooking the sea. A popular venue for wind-surfers (with school nearby), the beach offers swimming, as well as canoeing and sand-yacht racing. Rhosneigr’s shops, pubs and restaurant are within walking distance, with riding, golf and sailing nearby. A sea zoo, nature reserves, historic castles and museums can all be found on Anglesey, whilst the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach by car. Bangor 20 miles. Shops 150 yards and pub 200 yards.

Fantastic week at West Lawn.

Fantastic week at West Lawn. AGAIN. We were the first visitors after the lockdown in Wales and were a little bit worried about how everything would be. Nothing to worry about. I received a call from the owner shortly before we were due to arrive to tell us about a few changes to the accommodation. On arrival we found everything very clean and organised. The house and garden are in a great location and we kept ourselves to ourselves most of the time just venturing out for food and walks. It was easy to stay socially distant as it was very quiet during the week we went. This is our favourite place to go to rest and relax. Just a few requests to help improve. A larger shower cubicle in the large bathroom would be appreciated. A couple of new armchairs in the living room would be great for some of us elderly visitors that are finding the sofas a little bit harder to get up from. Too much complaining from me now. Another relaxing 2 weeks in our favourite place.

Another relaxing 2 weeks in our favourite place. Best location, ie. next to the beach. As we’ve been coming for the last 10 years we are now seeing some much needed improvements to the property. Last year the drive had a much needed makeover and this year the back patio area was much improved and tidy. After a problem with one of the beds the owner did have it replaced with a sturdier one. We think there are more improvements on the way and look forward to seeing them next year as we are already booked in again. Always love coming back for the peace and quiet , lovely walks and beautiful scenery and sunsets. Thanks to the owner , caretaker and handyman for a lovely stay.
