The rural complex of Villa il Castellaccio, once a fully working farm, is set in a beautiful panoramic position in the heart of Chianti, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo . The apartments, all recently reconstructed from the original farm buildings are furnished in style and comfort with all mod-cons .They all have their own entrances on different sides of the complex giving each a sense of privacy. They share a big terrace with barbeque area, gardens and the main swimming-pool, but often it will seem like you are the only guests, it's always so peaceful and quiet ! Castellaccio 3, sleeps untill 6 people, in it you will find: a sitting/dinning room with double sofa bed (queen size), large fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower (1 equipped for wheelchair), up stairs 1 twin bedroom with bathroom and shower. The apartment has a private outdoor porch with a dinning table and chairs, 2 sunbeds. Included in price: All household linen per week, Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, gas for cooking,1 eventual baby-cot on request, parking.
Not included to pay on spot: eventual Heating calculated on consumption Oct – March (approx Euro 2,50 per hour), Sojourn Tax: 2 euro per person per night for maximum of 7 nights and only for people over 14 years, final cleaning 12 euro per person (minimum 40 euro)
