Difficult to find any fault with this very comfortable, high spec.
Difficult to find any fault with this very comfortable, high spec. cottage. The lounge is spacious as are the bedrooms. One bedroom boasts a dressing room as well as being en suite. Another bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs all well appointed.Parking easy for 3 cars and the private road approach is in good condition.Bus service at top of the road well priced and regular.Outside space is a little limited and all paved but enough for a large table and large BBQ provided. Even in October the sun found its way to the eating area. Could possibly benefit from a communal grass area if practically possible , but would imagine this has been explored. 5* recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at Holgate's Granary.
We had a wonderful stay at Holgate's Granary. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The owners have thought of everything, the cottage is so well equipped. We arrived late and were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine and all the makings for hot drinks and breakfast. Lovely touch. Thank you so much, we will be back!
Excellent accommodation over two floors. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Pets being allowed was also a bonus. Being not far from local places of interest meant there was plenty to see in the local area without traveling too far each day. Overall a lovely property.
