The particular position of the house allows easy access to the historic center, the fair, the station and the airport. It presents itself as the perfect solution for short business or tourist stays: the area is well served by public transport and there are supermarkets, shops and bars nearby.

*** The ground floor apartment of a period building is ideal for hosting up to 3 people. Attention to detail and cleanliness. It consists of two levels: on the lower level there are a dining area equipped with an open kitchen, a living area with a single sofa bed and a toilet with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, fridge and freezer, kettle and microwave. The second level mezzanine in parquet has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The accommodation is also equipped with heating, A / C, WIFI, dishwasher, hairdryer. Bed linen and towels will be provided.
