Relax in our lake front cottages and enjoy the beautiful nature of The Ocala National Forest at Big Lake Kerr, in Salt Springs, Florida. This 3,500 acre spring fed lake is registered as an outstanding waterway and features a waterfront setting with a semi-private beach and boat dock.

The Jones cottage features amazing views of the lake while including all the comforts of home. This cottage has smart TV, WIFI Internet, Central Heat/Air, full kitchen, and BBQ grill. Enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the amazing views of the lake. The bedroom features a king bed with premium linens. Additional sleeping option is a full size futon. This location is perfect for wildlife watching and swimming/ boating and is minutes away from numerous state parks and recreational areas.

We LOVED the adorable cottages. They were cozy and well appointed. The lake view and surroundings were beautiful. This was a true getaway. The owners were very friendly. We will be back for sure.

Our stay for our Anniversary was beyond wonderful, cozy cabin with everything we needed. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the Lake. Multitude of wildlife came visiting each day, something we looked forward too. Our host, Diane and Tom, exceptional, a joy to be around. We will defiantly be making a return trip soon

The cottages are one of our favorite getaways! The lake is refreshing, the dock provides sun and shade, the cottage is beyond comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. This year, we saw baby turkeys, baby cranes and a couple of fawns.

Perfect getaway location
