This lovely cottage rests in Brixham and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

4 Old Mill Court is a nicely decorated holiday cottage, sitting on the outskirts of Brixham town. There are two bedrooms within the property; A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, that together can sleep a total of four people. The first floor is complete with a family bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a Kitchen and sitting room with dining area. Outside at the front of the property is a charming courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Unwind on the English Riviera with a stay at 4 Old Mill Court.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV with freeview, WIFI. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Further roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis on the hill opposite the property. Front courtyard with furniture (not enclosed). Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The staircase in this property is fairly steep, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are a couple of steps up to the front door. Note: A parking permit can also be purchased from Torbay Council payable directly. Note: Parking in the courtyard may be difficult and care should be taken when turning, parking not available until 4:00pm.

Town: Brixham is a picturesque fishing town, sitting within the beautiful borough of Torbay. There is plenty to do during your stay in the area, with an array of pubs, bars and eateries to choose from, as well as local stores and supermarkets where you can pick up all the home essentials. Snack on local fish and chips whilst you wander down the harbour and admire the colourful houses that line the street or visit Berry's Head for a wander through the luscious Nature Preserve.
