There are two bedrooms within the property; A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, that together can sleep a total of four people. The first floor is complete with a family bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a Kitchen and sitting room with dining area. Outside at the front of the property is a charming courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Unwind on the English Riviera with a stay at 4 Old Mill Court.

Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Further roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis on the hill opposite the property. Front courtyard with furniture (not enclosed). Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The staircase in this property is fairly steep, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are a couple of steps up to the front door. Note: A parking permit can also be purchased from Torbay Council payable directly. Note: Parking in the courtyard may be difficult and care should be taken when turning, parking not available until 4:00pm.

Snack on local fish and chips whilst you wander down the harbour and admire the colourful houses that line the street or visit Berry's Head for a wander through the luscious Nature Preserve.
