Parking is available to guests for free and near the house (about 50 meters).
Through a private path at the back of the house, you have access to the famous Greenway promenade that runs along the lake for about 10 kilometers through several villages, luxury villas and beautiful gardens.
Access to the lake is only 10 meters from the apartment, with a small beach and a private dock.
The apartment consists of a living room with lake view and sofa bed, fully equipped modern kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, private patio with two deck chairs and a small bistro table with two chairs where you can enjoy an aperitif while admiring the view.

If you do not have a car you can reach Sala by bus from Como train station (C10). It works about every hour. The C10 bus stop is 100 meters from the house (Genzana bus stop).
Also the pier of the boat is very close, about 500mt. near the Blue Taverna hotel. Tickets are available on board. Using the boat you can reach the many famous attractions of the lake, such as Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and Villa Melzi; the cities of Lenno, Cadenabbia, Bellagio, Varenna, Cernobbio and the exclusive Hotel Villa d'Este in Como.
The picturesque village of Sala Comacina is 500mt. You can reach it via the Greenway or through the main road.
Sala has everything at hand: café bar (Cimino), restaurants with outdoor terraces (La Tirlindana, Taverna Blu, from Alessio and Lido di Sala), bakery selling fresh bread every day, food, newspapers and tickets C10 bus. Then you will also find an artisan butcher with a deli and a bank with an ATM.
