DETAILS: Welcome to "La Bella Vita!" This impressive 4 bedroom, with loft for additional sleeping in Rosemary Beach home is located just three blocks from the beach and right outside the Rosemary Beach Town Center. With three stories, this home offers a reverse floor plan with most of the bedrooms on the first floor and the main living space on the second floor.

Guests will love the expansive second-floor porch, perfect for early morning coffees and beautiful sunset views. Right inside, guests will find an open kitchen, dining, and living room perfect for gathering the family together. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful slate countertops. The third floor hosts a third Primary bedroom complete with a private bathroom walk-in closet and an additional loft area with 3 twin beds for sleeping.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Lovely House in Heart of Rosemary

Gorgeous home in a fantastic location!

Beach Girls Trip

It is a beautiful house, exactly as listed! A few minor maintenance things they could fix is hot water in the master shower and there were ants in the kitchen all over the breakfast we brought so we had to throw out some food. Would stay here again, it is a beautiful property!

Beautiful house, awesome location! Plenty of beds and sleeping area configurations for large groups and families. Perfect for families that have kids old enough to venture onto the green adjacent to the house, you can watch them from the 2nd floor patio. It was a very short walk or bike ride to the beach. Overall, a perfect stay on a perfect beach!

Gorgeous House

We absolutely loved this house!!! Three bedrooms on the first floor and a private suite on the third floor created some nice separation and privacy for our group. The outdoor space on the second floor is awesome for chilling and people watching. The location is ideal. Property management is excellent - great communication, simple processes, a lot of nice amenities. The week was absolutely perfect.

August 2017 Stay

We had amazing time at La Bella Vita! We had 14 friends from high school celebrating our 35th birthdays. The pool was amazing to cool off in the afternoons, the walk to the beach was very manageable, and the house was extremely accommodating. We loved having a nice dinner at Paradis across the street and the service from 360 Blue was amazing! We hope to make this a yearly thing!

Family Vacay

The property is great. This is our 3rd time staying. There are a few issues that need looking after... downstairs the bedroom with the queen bed to the left - the toilet does not flush well, the shower is clogged and only one plug works next to the bed. The freezer attached to the fridge didn't get cold... had a hard time freezing.

This is a great home! The lay out is beautiful and functional. Kitchen is well equipped and the location is great. You can enjoy watching the activity on the green and plenty of parking for guests. I can't say enough good things about 360 team. When we arrived the dryer was not working after determining that it needed some warranty work they quickly delivered a loaner dryer as well as some additional towels to help out!!! Job well done guys! Will definitely rent from 360 again!!!

Perfect Location, Beautiful House

We had a great time this past week at Rosemary Beach. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We had 6 adults total and our 4 year old. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the common rooms were great for gathering together. It was kid friendly for being such a large luxurious house and my daughter loved “exploring” all the rooms. The pool was a great addition. My only (minor) complaint is that the house is not well stocked with the bare necessities like sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. We even had to purchase tin foil because there was no tin foil or Saran Wrap. They only provided 2 dishwashing tablets and 2 laundry tablets which was not enough for our party. This was definitely a minor inconvenience but not an overall deal breaker. Otherwise, great location to the beach and town. Very responsive property management company. Would book again!

November 2021 Stay

3rd stay at this prop w/ 2 fam's, 4 kids total-the layout/pool are great. I called 3 times to verify the pool would be heated (ch'd $315). Arrived Sat-not only was the pool not heated, it was broken (when was this known? we shall see). Told on Sun mgmt was getting 3 bids and it wouldn't be fixed during our stay. Kids were devastated. Moreover, there was a pile of cigarette butts in the pine straw behind the fountain (classy)--no way anyone inspected the property before we arrived. Also, the beach access card(s) (new this year) were not in the house--again, no one could have checked this house before our arrival. We didn't get the card until Sunday evening (not fun hopping the gate w/ kids). We asked for a 2nd card (couldn't split up)-were told the HOA limited it to 1 per house. Other families from FtW are in RB for T-giving-came to find their houses rented through other services had 2 cards. Lastly, we were charged $75 to be in the house 30 extra min on Sun (flight delay)-insult to injury. Frustrating week.

So far the house is great but the rental service company is terrible. No access cards for the beach, pool was not heated as promised, cigarette butts outside by fountain etc

Perfect location

Pros: This house was beautiful and the perfect location when staying in Rosemary beach. It was for a bachelorette party (12 girls) - we walked to everything and loved having so much room to spread out. Cons: Note no one ever actually responds to a message on the VRBO website, but if you contact them through 360Blue (the property manager) they get back to you quickly. Just wish that would have been communicated instead of me having to figure it out. Also the pool heater was broken even though we paid for the pool to be heated well in advance. They refunded us for the heating fee, but kind of annoying since we made our house selection based on ones with a pool (and heater).

Perfect Vacation Home

This vacation home has absolutely everything you need. As pictured, it is spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location..walking distance to everything in Rosemary and has a great view of the lawn.

Living in Luxury

Our family of 8 had plenty of space to be together or enjoy time alone. We especially enjoyed the large covered deck, pool and kitchen. It’s is a short walk to a beautiful beach & shops. The seafood market is half a mile away.
