This villa situated within the private condominium of Vila dos Principes has access to 3 heated swimming pools (May to September) and views to the green 8 of the Praia D'El Rey Golf Course. The villa has three bedrooms each with two single beds and a private bathroom. The master bedroom on the first floor has a balcony with table and chairs. The spacious and comfortable living / dining room has a fireplace, two sofas, TV, DVD player, sound system and also a Playstation 2 with games, Wi-Fi internet, dining table and chairs for 6 people. The double doors open directly onto the patio where you will also find a table and chairs, barbecue and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dryer. All windows / doors have mosquito nets installed.
