Spacious house in residential complex

We had a good time spending part of our vacation in the house in the Pineta Is Morus residential complex. The house was well equipped, enough space for two families or a large family (sleeps 11). The large outdoor area gave the feeling of privacy to the neighbors. The house itself was rather old, with all the benefits of older architecture (can withstand the heat) and also the disadvantages (many matresses were overused, bathrooms would need some restoration). Very friendly contact to the owner family, a broken stove was replaced immediately. Cleaning could/should have been more accurate, but we were granted an early check-in and late check-out. 100 meters to the sea - limited joy to use the small beach of the complex due to seagrass and rocks), but the perfect beaches of the bay of Chia are 10 mins by car. We can recommend the place to everyone who can live with rather old interior and the fact that you might not get a spotlessly clean place to stay. The pricing was accurate. Thanks to Giuseppe, Anna and their family!
