Fully equipped apartment with Wifi, Air Con and U.K. TV in Puerto Del Carmen

Well maintained 1 bedroom apartment with a furnished patio area just a few steps away from the communal pool. The apartment itself offers an open plan living / dining area and full kitchen with all the appliances you might need including a four ring hob and oven and a full size fridge freezer.

The spacious lounge offers a large L shaped sofa and is air-conditioned for your comfort. You can enjoy a range of UK and Irish TV on the large flat screen, or if you prefer to settle down with a movie we provide a DVD player with DVDs, complimented by books and magazines.

The bedroom offers comfortable beds, a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. A free safe and a hairdryer are provided.

You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The complex is quiet, with just 18 apartments so there is always ample room at the poolside. There is a supermarket just over the road from the complex and ample parking space should you need it. The complex over the road allows the general public to use its restaurant and bar, should you prefer an evening closer to home.

Nice apartment, great location, only reason we never gave it 5 stars is due to the large water tank being in the living room. This didnt bother us to much but a new updated pic would let people know before arrival, this being said we would stay again and Florence is lovley and on hand for anything you need. Pool area is nice.

A great little complex only a short 10 min stroll to the front. Perfect size for a couple with a nice little patio area the comfortably fits 2. I really did like the place.

Had a lovely relaxing stay over Christmas. Florence our host was about the complex everyday checking her guests were enjoying their stay and if they needed anything. It was like a home from home. Will definitely return some time this year.

Just returned after spending 10 wonderful days at this apartment. We had such a relaxing time—everyone was so friendly, and the apartment had everything we needed, truly a home from home. Lovely stay in apartment no 1.Good location, apartment small but good enough for two people . Clean and tidy with decent cooking facilities.Obviously due to the time of year we visited the pool was too cold to be used but we still used the sun loungers!Florence came to visit to make sure everything was ok and was responsive to texts during the stay. Overall a good apartment within easy reach of local bars, restaurants and the beach

Amazing, would highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10 minute walk from the strip, right beside the communal pool, supermarket 2 minutes away, the location was fantastic! It had everything you we needed - washing machine, cooking utensils, air con. Florence was so helpful and professional. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Fabulous apartment, little gem.

Fabulous apartment on a beautiful small quiet complex. Gorgeous pool. Florence the owner always on call if needed, will help anyway possible. Stayed here 10 years ago and enjoyed it, so that’s why we returned. Would have returned sooner but my Husband has had lots of health issues. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely lovely apartment! Clean and nicely furnished, well situated and metres from a pool. The complex was quiet and well looked after, nice respectful neighbours who have returned for a stay many times. A short walk down the hill to the shops and beach, a mini mart 2 mins walk away and a main supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Everything was really great, Florence was so welcoming and thought of everything. I'm aiming to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay

We lived it here in Las Palmeras apartments, our rooms were spacious and very clean, large screen tv with all the channels, all cooking facilities with large fridge freezer which was a bonus as we was there for 3 weeks. Our apartment was right near the pool, just seconds away, plenty of loungers for everyone. A nice 10 minutes walk to the strip with lots of bars and restaurants. Florence was lovely, she met us there to give a guided tour and explain gate security numbers etc, nothing was too much trouble, we would definitely recommend a stay here, we will be back, Thankyou Florence..

Lovely apartment

Ideal apartment for a couple, pool just a couple of steps away. All day sun on the patio. Host Florence came and checked we were happy with everything throughout our stay and had a lovely welcome package there for us on our arrival. Small quite complex and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for relaxing days in the sun. Security very good at the complex.

Fab apartment

Like a wee home from home. Air con, fully equiped kitchen, large screen tv with sat. channels. Patio area to pool and loungers literally less than 10m. Host Florence dropped by and checked we were ok n if needed anything. Had even left a few essentials, water, milk etc. for us arriving. Thanks again Florence. Hope to be back again soon!

Apartment was great very clean and near to a shop. Florence was very nice. Only problem we had was the air conditioner was a meter and we did not know so the first day or so we had no AC. after Florence told us we got change and everything was good although the meter really eats the money and the AC was only in the living room. Wonderful holiday though and pool was amazing.

Originally from Ireland, we have lived in Lanzarote for many years now and our own apartment is just across the street, so we are always on hand should you need anything. We are well travelled ourselves and my husband and I love to welcome new guests and share our local knowledge.

Why they chose this property

We try to keep our apartments as cosy and well equipped as possible - you´ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We are in a quiet location but have the convenience of being just 600 meters away from the main avenida with all the shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. The more traditional old town is also just a short a walk away, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
