Four-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.
Flat screen digital TV, and coal effect gas fire. Wifi.
Parking space for one car (on a steep incline).
Approximately 60 steps to the property entrance from the parking area through scenic gardens (or 20 steps down from rear gate).
Gas fired central heating and hot water.
Two well behaved dogs permitted. EV charger (7kW): an additional charge will apply payable directly to the owner; details will be provided prior to your holiday.
All duvets, pillows, bed linen,and towels are provided – guests need to bring their own beach towels and oven gloves. Strictly No Smoking
