Beautiful 3 BD Ocean View Beach Rental Located 25 Steps to Sand

Cody did damages to the rental during his stay as well as leaving it dirty and required extra cleaning charges- as a result damage repair costs were deducted from his security deposit and he posted this false and negative review as reprisal for being charged the damage repair costs- the Beach rental is clean and well maintained and his claims are completely false

Erin did not stay in the lower unit. Erin and her family stayed in the upper unit and her extended family stayed in the lower unit. Sorry if she felt any issues with the lower rental as we gladly do whatever necessary to please our guests. However, Erin never contacted me with any complaints regarding either the upper unit in which she stayed or the lower unit and her extended family members in the lower unit even stated everything was great and they had a really good time. Additionally, both units were professionally cleaned before their arrival and all furnishings are up to date rental furniture. Had she contacted us at any time with any issues we would not hesitate to remedy any factors our guests have any issues with.

Antonio violated the lease contract by bringing a pet to the property and we received a contact from the guest downstairs saying he heard and saw a dog brought into the property- we notified Antonio to remove the pet and sent someone to check- as a courtesy we did not charge Antonio for the violation although we could have - then Antonio had excessive noisy guests and caused a leak to the downstairs unit from their neglect of getting water on the floor of their upstairs bathroom and we had to send someone to correct the leak- all of Antonio's problems were caused by his actions and violation of the rental agreement

Glad Cynthia had a great time- the property location is one of the most prime locations in Newport- regarding check in Cynthia was told that Newport Beach has a problem with party groups and we do not accept party groups so she asked at booking the ages and relationships of her group to avoid party activity at the Beach Rental -but she never responded so she was asked again at check in simply to avoid problems at the rental- the fact that the cleaning crew needed extra time and delayed her check in was for exactly for that reason that the group before her had partied and caused extra cleaning to be required- regarding hotel pampering, of course you do not received hotel pampering such as daily maid service - but you get 3 bedrooms (sleeping 10 people) , a kitchen, 2 baths and a living room - all located only 25 steps to the beach- for the same price or less than you get one hotel room that sleeps two people- consider the advantages

Unfortunately, Karen was an uncooperative guest who abused the house rules- the listing states clearly that there is one garage space included as parking with the rental for each unit- instead Karen abused the rules by completely parking in the garage and then blocking the rear of the garage by parking an additional large truck parked behind the garage and made it impossible for the cleaning people who had nowhere to park as well as the newly arriving guest in the other unit who also had no place to park- when the cleaning people asked them to move they were abusive and refused to move the truck making it nearly impossible to clean the other unit for the arriving guests. When they eventually moved for the cleaning crew they immediately put the truck back and refused to move it even though they were told that they were not allowed to park in that spot. Karen admits in her review that her family member parked where they shouldn't have parked and in doing so they caused a great deal of problems in preparing the other unit for arriving guests in a limited amount of time. There are two units at the building where Karen stayed and Karen knew she was not the only guest, and as such Karen needs to be respectful of the needs and rights of the other guests as well as herself. In addition, Karen's unit was professionally cleaned and the bathrooms were immaculate. In addition the property was just painted in May of this year- also, Karen never contacted me at any time about any problem with the sheets and in fact the sheets are new and if for some reason there was a problem, she should have let me know and I would have corrected it- so her claims that the rental needed painting and was not clean are completely false and are retaliatory simply because they had to move their truck which was not parked in a space that was assigned to them and violated house rules. I would not recommend Karen to future hosts and she was not typical of the cooperative and pleasant guests we have had stay and enjoy this property many times. We strive to provide a family oriented beach rental for families to come and enjoy a great beach vacation in a fantastic location and we have done so for many years with hundreds of satisfied repeat guests and it is unusual and certainly not our goal to have any dissatisfied guests

Shawna notified me that the pilot light was out on the stove and I sent someone the first day of their stay- she never called again with any issues but we always make sure there are no less than 4 rolls of toilet paper and several paper towels for each gust at check in and sufficient 10 towels for all guests- if she felt she needed more she should have contacted me and I would have gladly sent more to her- its unfortunate that Shawna is more concerned with toilet paper and doesn't appreciate that she is renting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a full living room located in one of the most prime locations in Newport that sleeps 10 people and only a 30 second walk to the beach for far less than she can rent a 1 room 1 bath hotel room that sleeps 4 people at the Marriot and is located a 15 minute drive to the beach where you then have to find parking

Grant never notified me of a problem with the stove- the igniter only needed cleaning and the stove works perfectly- glad he had a great time
