Clean 4BR 3.5 bath condo a block away from the beach! No cleaning Fee

Weekends available in May and June. Full week rentals during the summer from Saturday to Saturday.

As per Seaside Heights Code -
“During the period commencing April 15 and ending at 12:00 midnight on June 30 of each year, no short-term rental property shall be rented to any person under 21 years of age. The primary occupant executing the rental agreement shall be 21 years of age or older and must actually occupy the property during the term of the short-term rental. In the event any occupants are under 18 years of age those occupants shall be the immediate family member or under legal guardianship of the primary occupant or another occupant that is 21 years of age or older." - No Prom Rentals. my min age is 24.


Townhouse style condo with 4 bedrooms , 3-1/2 baths - 4 balconies. Great for Family vacations as 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

When comparing against other properties please note we do NOT charge an additional cleaning fee, We also include 8 beach badges(not all do, so check when renting)

1 1/2 Blocks to the beach on the north end of the Boardwalk. Walk to the newly replenished and enlarged beach close to the boardwalk as well as area restaurants and bars.

Jenkinsons Water Park is 5 short blocks away. Fishing and Crabbing bayside is three blocks away (Signaled crossing to get across Rt 35 if walking). We have a few Crab traps you are welcome to use.

2 car garage equipped with 8 Beach chairs 2 Boogie Boards, 2 Skim Boards 2 adult mountain bikes 5 Beach Cruisers. Entry to garage is via a keypad outside the garage door.

70" HDTV in the living room and 1 50" HDTV& 2 40" TV's in the other bedrooms. 1 Bedroom No TV. Most with BluRay DVD, cable and WiFi available throughout the unit.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. In at 2PM - Out by 10:30AM

8 beach badges($80.00 to replace) included along with a parking pass for third Car.($500.00 to replace if lost)

We are also listed with Seaside Realty They have priority in booking as per their contract. I am keeping the calendar up to date, but I have to verify availability with them first, so I cannot automatically accept bookings. Also, as they are closed on Thursdays, if you attempt to book late Wednesday or Thursday i may no respond quickly on those days.

We prefer to rent weekly during July and August. However, we may consider less the a week with a 3 day minimum during May, June or September.

NOTE: Townhouse style so you will be climbing a lot of stairs, not recommended for disabled or easily tired.

Also, only one zone for HVAC, we place a window AC unit in a bedroom upstairs to keep upper floor cool. However, if there is a Heatwave of upper 90's it will not stay cool below 70's on main floor. if you need it to be in the 60's we are not the place for you. If AC runs constantly due to setting temp to 60, it may cause the coil to freeze.

Easy staycation

We don't live very far from the island but had some friends visiting, so we wanted a place that could accommodate 4 couples that was close to the boardwalk that didn't break the bank. This property couldn't have been more perfect! Extremely accommodating with the beach gear and extra parking spots too. And the decor was so nice! We couldn't have had a better time!

Family reunion

We visited Seaside for a bit of a family reunion and memorial golf outing for our niece who passed away last year. The property is in a great location, walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, grocery...... George our host was super accommodating. House was exactly as described in VRBO listing and extremely well stocked with all you need. Many thanks for sharing with our family.

Home away from home

Me and my family stayed here for my birthday and we had everything we could possibly need. The owner provided us with beach passes, beach chairs, and bikes. So generous and thoughtful. The property was beautiful and clean and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. The location is great, it was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and a 2 minute drive to the grocery store, cvs and liquor store. It was perfect.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo in Seaside

My family had a wonderful experience in this rental. The condo is beautiful and clean. We found it to have a warm and friendly charm. The house was well-stocked with cookware, dishes, and cleaning supplies. We found that the design of the condo offered privacy on each floor and the beds were comfortable. The owners are attentive and kind. We had an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, CVS, Farmer's Market, and eateries. The condo is in a central location to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants, but we did not hear anything from them. A beautiful and clean home that was definitely designed and decorated with TLC.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo. The location to the Seaside attractions was perfect. Almost everything was in walking distance. George provides great amenities. 3 parking spaces were perfect for our family. We appreciated the beach equipment, passes, and bikes provided. This place felt like home.

The floor in the kitchen / dining area was not vacuumed. The 1st master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub that is treacherous to shower in. The steps to get into and out of the tub were unsafe and there is no hand rale for assistance. There are many steps and other than the tub access it was a beautiful home

Condo by the Sea with Everything You Need

George was an excellent host before, during, and after our stay, and answered any questions we had very quickly. This condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our week at the shore enjoyable (bikes, beach badges, chairs, umbrellas, cart, boogie boards, ...) as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The layout of the condo was perfect and included a table big enough for us to enjoy meals as a family as well as playing games at night. This location was perfect, a short walk or bike ride to the beach and boardwalk, and close to many excellent restaurants.

Great family rental

George was great from beginning to end. The layout of the condo was perfect for our large family. The rental had everything we could think of from beach supplies to kitchenware. The beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards were great to have available to us. The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a large family.

This was our first time staying at the property. We had been long term renters at another location and were weary about changing. The owner was always quick to reply and made booking and check in easy. The property was spotless upon arrival and the unit was well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and was well organized. There were fish rags, towels and paper towels, small bottles of soaps and lotions in each bathroom and other welcome goodies. The garage is fully stocked with all your beach needs. We have 3 kids ages 9, 11 and 13. The property suited us well and I plan on returning next year. Renting in Seaside can be a challenge when looking for a well kept and clean property. This property is everything you want in a vacation rental.

Totally worth it!

Great shore property!

We loved everything about this rental. It was clean, which was VERY important to us, equipped with everything we needed, and so convenient to the boardwalk & beach. Also, George was very communicative and always responded quickly when we had questions. Overall, a great stay, and the kids loved too!

I have happy memories of vacationing in Seaside Heights with my family. I wanted my kids to have the same so we bought this excellent condo. However, we can't use every week so thought we should share it to defer some costs.

I hope to see you build some fun family memories here too.

Why they chose this property

We are so close to beach. You can see the ocean from our balconies. We do our best to keep our house nice and clean. Check out some of our reviews.

We are an easy can walk to everything you need. Only 1 Block to the boardwalk and all that it has to offer.

2 car garage for guaranteed parking. Plus we include a parking pass so a 3rd car can park for for free in front of the unit.

What makes this property unique

We love the balconies. They are a great place to relax. Also top balcony gives us a pretty good view of the fireworks on the beach. No need to lug a chair to the boardwalk.

We include 8 beach badges. Weekly badges are $50.00 each - You save 400.00 by staying with us.

We do not charge a cleaning fee on top of rent. Look for a cleaning fee when booking.

Parking for 3 cars 2 in the garage plus one Parking pass for Street parking.
