Spacious 4 bedroom villa in quiet location with sea views

*PLEASE NOTE: There is a new, private, villa being built on the opposite site of our road and 2 lots down. Possible disturbance. No building works in July/August.

Casa Bela is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, near the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, with little passing traffic. It has sea views from the amazing roof terrace - perfect for those sundowners. The newly installed drought resistant garden has a large, heated, swimming pool. The 4, good sized, bedrooms, can be configured into twins or doubles as required. The villa sleeps up to 10 adults and has 2 cots if required.
There is a basement games room which has won a Portuguese Interior Design award with pool table, table football and karaoke.
There is a TV with all major channels (BBC/ITV/SKY/BT Sports etc etc), catch up TV as well as video on demand with over 7,500 films to choose from.
There is air-conditioning throughout (as well as heating for the cooler months).
There is an outdoor BBQ to enhance the al fresco experience.
The Villa is a 10 minute walk to the Vale do Lobo "Praca" which has several restaurants and bars. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk away (via a path) where one can also find Marias bar and restaurant - one of the best of its type in the area.
The tennis centre is a 10 minute walk and the 15th hole of the Royal Course at Vale do Lobo is just 500m from the villa.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Every bedroom has a hairdryer.
There is a regular maid service (every other day), heated pool and tourist tax all included in the price - no hidden extras to pay as well as an experienced villa manager that will meet/greet and be on call if there are any issues.

A wonderful Villa

Spacious, clean with all the amenities provided. Pool area excellent with plenty of sun beds available with property within walking distance of the Praca, beach etc.Spectacular views from the rooftop terrace and the Downstairs sports room was excellent and very much used along with the karaoke machine.Top notch villa which we intend to use gain in the future.

Fabulous stay! Better than expected!

We had an incredible week long holiday at this property to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends and family. The property is stunning and the pictures certainly don’t do it justice. (Suggestion to update the photos online :) ) we spent hours and hours in the pool and such a quick walk down to the beach. The team were very helpful and we had a good experience overall. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa, conveniently located

We travelled as a group of friends who have been a number of times to this part of Portugal as we love the beach bars and restaurants nearby. The villa was immaculate and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of space in the villa for our group of 8 and we enjoyed the sea views from the roof top terrace. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and sent us lots of information before we travelled, even arranging for our airport transfers. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Family stay at Casa Bela

Great stay in a great location in a beautiful villa within walking distance of the beach, the praca, and both golf and tennis clubhouses. The communication with the owner (Simon) and his house manager (Raquel) was superb. Prior to our arrival we ordered a food shop through Apolonia and Raquel and her team met them at the villa and out all our shopping away for us. Pictures don’t do the villa justice and the games room was a welcome break from the Portuguese heat. Thanks Simon, thanks Raquel and hope to stay at Casa Bella again very soon!!

House beautiful staff fabulous but building work starts at 8 am finishes at 6pm right next to you .Sitting by the pool is almost impossible and we were told it’s going on for another year .

We had a fantastic stay. The villa pictures and description do not do it justice. We had plenty of space and didnt want for anything. The location is lovely and quiet but both the beach and local restuarants are within easy walking distance, ideal for us. Booking and contact with Simon was seemless. A special mention for Raquel who heads up the villa management team. We had issues with our outbound flights (cancelled so arrived a day late); but Raquel was uber flexible for a super easy check-in and help with a grocery delivery. We highly recommend the villa and whole experiance. Thank you.

Disappointed we were not advised of builder work being carried out during our stay

Lovely accommodation. Privacy was spoilt by builders working on the roof on opposite side of the road having complete view when we were sun bathing. We would not have paid the amount if we were aware of the situation. Our thoughts of returning for our 2 week main holiday to this villa while builder are there is non existent

Colin - we are glad you liked the property. The building work to the private villa opposite, over which we have no control, should not have been happening whilst you were there. There is a local law forbidding such work during July and August and this is the first I’ve heard that there may have been an ignorance of this law. Guests staying through the rest of the summer never mentioned a problem. We did warn all guests staying outside of this period . The renovation of the villa opposite is due to be completed, I understand, by next April/May. Simon

Wir wurden von Raquel sehr herzlich begrüßt und sie zeigte uns das wunderschöne Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch im recht kühlen Dezember-Wetter ließ sich das Haus gut heizen und war sehr gemütlich. Die Betten sind eher hart, das sollte man wissen. Uns etwas zu hart. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und an Silvester hatten wir einen perfekten 360 Grad Blick über die Region und die Feuerwerke. Ganz toll! Wir kommen gern mal im Sommer wieder, um auch den Pool nutzen zu können. Herzlichen Dank an Sarah, Simon und Raquel!

Annual VDL Holiday

We stay regularly at VDL and this villa is the best we have stayed at to date. It is very spacious, well maintained and ideally located for restaurants and the beach. The property manager, Raquel, was brilliant and helped us following our delayed arrival and again following our cancelled flight returning home. The maids came every two days and were extremely courteous and helpful. All in all, a great find and we will be returning.

Wonderful stay, missing it already!

We’ve just spent two weeks at this beautiful villa and we had a fantastic time! Communication with the owner was excellent, the property manager looked after superbly and the villa was perfect for our needs. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, the house was very clean when we arrived and cleaned three times a week whilst we were there. The rooms are all very spacious and well equipped, my only one small criticism is that there was no laundry basket, but we got around it with my husband holding washing while I hung it out! The location is fabulous, ten minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the Praca. The sea views are glorious. I’m definitely suffering from post holiday blues today, and really hope to return one day! Thank you

Perfect vacation home in the sun!

The beach home has just the perfect location! We had a lovely welcome note from the owners with 2 bottles of wine! You can walk to praça or beach for restaurants which is a plus and the house was very spacious with a tremendous heated pool! Also the weather is magnificent, so plan for beautiful sunny days every day while in the Algarve! I plan to tell all my friends and family about this gorgeous home and hope to be back! Thank you for a great vacation!

The villa exceeded our expectations. This being our fifth villa rental in Vale do Lobo in 10 years and I can honestly say this was by far our favourite. Plenty of room for all seven of us. Pool fabulous, kitchen well equipped.Raquel very helpful. Only 10 min walk to beach or Praça. Took a little longer to walk back from beach bars though. 😀. In conclusion, brilliant holiday enjoyed by old and young alike. Can't wait to return.

Perfect Holiday Villa

I would like to thank the owner and wonderful housekeeper Raquel for a fantastic few days in this villa nothing was too much trouble and communication excellent from beginning during and end of the stay. We were a 3 generation party and everything was covered to please all. The pool is super nice and warm our granddaughters spent most of the day in the pool, the location perfect for all the wonderful restaurants and for the beach - my daughter walked down early morning for coffee each day.. all facilities in the villa are more than adequately covered plus the games room was a huge hit with everyone ... we will try and book for next year all was just perfect. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special and uncomplicated.

Great Property - close to the beach

Exceptional service by the property manager that makes you feel at your home. Property very well kept. Super easy access to the beach (10 mins walk) - fun for the kids and great access direct to a great restaurant on the beach. My only suggestion is to stay longer if you can! We are defenetely going back!

The property is immaculate, beautiful and exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic time. Everything you could ever wish for was provided.
