Additional rooms include a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room with seating for eight, a games room and a sitting room with a woodburning fire. The property hosts ample off-road parking. Outside the home, there is an lawned garden area, patio area with hot tub, table and chairs. Ty Berllan offers a lovely escape to Wales.
