The Villa Zuccon estate is truely remarkable; a large plot set on the beachfront surrounded with olive trees and vineyards provides so much more than you can imagine. Newly-built but still following the local tradition, Villa Zuccon can accommodate up to 14 people. It has 6 comfortable bedrooms with the view on the sea and lush greenery and 5 modern bathrooms. The large kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern appliances and ready for any kind of culinary pleasure. The spacious living room is designed for total relaxation. The villa offers free Wi-Fi, it is fully air-conditioned, but also offers central heating making it perfect for staying in all seasons.
The outdoor dining area is settled under the covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals dining al fresco and watching the sea. The outside barbecue is perfect for cheerful parties in good company. The large swimming pool, a small waterslide and the comfortable lounges so close by the sea are ideal for the perfect summer days. The charming enclosed garden with Mediterranean herbs, olive trees, and the vineyard will completely relax you. If you are up for some fun, the villa offers a nice playground which will surely amuse not just the kids, but also the ones young in the heart. The villa's position will ensure your privacy and peaceful vacation interrupted only by the sound of waves and birdsong. The large parking can accommodate up to 5 cars.
The best feature is your own private beach in front of the villa. Just imagine walking straight down into the sea every morning or sitting on a bench listening nothing but the sea of the calm Pomer bay and watching the stars. The villa also offers a paddle boat and kayaks with which you can explore every hidden beach in the area.

Dear Jessica, thank you for being our guests. Is this your real review or there was an error when writing? This is our experience with you. I am the Property Manager - You booked the Villa in November 2024, I answered all your messages and questions and gave you all the information you were looking for. The owner met you on the day of arrival and was at your disposal the whole time. The Villa was completely clean on the day of arrival (because if it wasn't, it is logical that you would have immediately contracted me or the owner), after 7 days you had a second general cleaning. So the rating you gave for the cleaning is not realistic. The Villa was completely clean, the communication was excellent and the owner was always at your disposal. The pictures on the portal are as in reality and the description is accurate. The owner, as a sign of welcome, gave you his home-made products (mandarins, figs, olive oil...) During your stay, you did not complain about anything, so we do not understand why you left such a review that is not in line with your behavior during your stay at the Villa. You gave your review in the form of a rating, we believe that it is not realistic because you did not describe anything in detail, if you had described your experience of staying at the Villa, it would have been much clearer for everyone.
