We had a wonderful week staying here. It was so walkable to downtown area and the waterfront. The backyard is so peaceful and the perfect place to relax after a beach day. We loved everything about this rental and would highly recommend!

We love this property! We stay here every summer - it has everything we need for a great beach vacation. Carrie is an excellent communicator and has thought of everything we need for a great trip. The house is within walking distance to downtown and just a short drive to the beach. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay, absolutely everything you could need and more! Our 2 older dogs were also happy with their stay and we would all definitely go back! Location was great too, walkable to downtown and a short drive to the beach with the dogs. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful property excellently redone.Close to downtown. But the house and backyard were so nice. It was just nice to hang out there and relax for the weekend.Super clean and lots of clear instructions.

Grand Haven getaway

Great rental! Everything you would need, even beach towels and beach chairs! Close to downtown and beach. Would definitely stay again!

Carrie has thought about every need! The home was so clean, within walking distance of downtown. We did not know when we booked this home the Coast Guard Festival would be running while we were there. We did not have to worry about parking, because it was very walkable. She has blankets, dog bowls and a sleeping bed for dogs. We did not bring a pet, but she was ready for your dog. The outdoor space was wonderful! Very nice, clean Weber grill. We would definitely book again and pray it is available!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

This was a wonderful place to stay! The entire place was so clean and everything was in place to make you feel right at home! It was just a short walk to downtown Grand Haven and easy to access main roads to visit other towns. Highly recommend!

Great house

This is a perfect little gem to stay in. We had a great long weekend for baseball at this house. Easy walk to downtown Grand Haven and has all the amenities you need when away from home. We hope to stay again next year.

Excellent getaway

The owner was a very thoughtful and very easy to connect with. Everything was perfect. Excellent location and such a beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this home to vacation in!

Carrie thinks of everything. This place is so lovely for a smaller group—the AC kept us cool on hot days and downtown, the harbor, the bakery, Central Park, are all within walking distance. The back yard is so pretty and restful—we ate most of our meals out there, and our little dog loved it.

Great Location and House!

We absolutely love staying at Carrie's house. This was our second visit and we are already talking about scheduling our stay at the same location for next year. She has everything you need for your stay, is a wonderful host, and the location is perfect. It's a great house for anyone traveling with kids or dogs. Highly recommend!

Relaxing and fun getaway

We loved staying at the Terra Cotta Pearl! Our stay included myself, my husband, 2 children and our dog. The space was clean and inviting and the beds were comfortable, which is a big plus in my book! We never lacked for any amenities, finding everything we needed to feel at home. The location was superb - close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We hope to visit again soon!

Great Getaway

We truly enjoyed the rental property. Clean, great vibe, very accessable and super easy to relax and chill. Her back yard is super chill and provides enough space for all to relax and enjoy! Carrie is an awsome host going above and beyond to keep us comfortable.
