Located in a beautiful 4 floor apartment, it contains one double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. There is a lounge-dining room and the well-equipped kitchen means you can enjoy cooking with your friends.There is also a complete bathroom and separate lavatory.



This apartment is located near of the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's famous masterpiece, in the sector of Barcelona known as l`Eixample, a name that literally signifies "the expansion" which refers to its role in the urban development that occurred in the 19th century on the initiative of designer Ildefonso Cerdá.



Thanks to the apartment's location close to various public transportation connection points, it is easy to reach any area of the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

Clean Place in Great Location

The place was clean and relatively spacious - appreciated having three bedrooms. A few things were a little bit unusual, such as not having a place to hang shower towels (only hand towels), but overall, the place was suitable for exploring Barcelona. Location is a little bit off the tourist track, which I actually enjoyed. It is still close to restaurants and bars, and only a 15 minute walk from La Sagrada Familia.

Location, location, location!

Great spot right near Sagrada Familia. Wonderful little neighborhood with a great pastry shop right next door. Easy access to public transportation. The apartment was simple but comfortable. For the price, it was great. The elevator was so helpful for luggage. The apartment has a cute little balcony, full size refrigerator, and kitchen utensils and dishes. Beds were comfortable after a long day of sightseeing.

Very comfortable apartment, partially renovated, small tv screen, no air conditioner in rooms only in the living room, no shower head in the bathroom only hand shower. I'll appreciated to have a coffee machine. Very nice neighbourhood, near metro station.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y de una parada del hop-on hop- off; hay muchos supermercados y lugares para comer. La cocina super completa, ropa de cama bien también. Todo tal cual publicado, la única observación es que la calle tiene mucho tránsito y es ruidosa (la habitación principal da hacia la calle). El proceso de check in y la comunicación fueron buenos, es una propiedad recomendable.

Bonjour, Une petit mot pour vous dire que nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre appartement, cependant il manquait quelques accessoires, tels: napperons, coupes a vin, mitaines pour four, spatule pour poêlon...crochets pour vêtements, lampe dans le salon... Nous avons apprécié le ménage au milieu de la semaine, la situation et le quartier de l'appartement. L'appartement est situé à 8 minutes d'un arrêt de métro, à deux arrêts de la Sagrada Familia. Le quartier est peu touristique mais tout de même circulant. L'appartement était très propre et soigné, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, mais cependant un peu impersonnel. L'agent de class bedroom nous a donné la possibilité d'un check in en avance et sans aucun soucis, ce qui est très appréciable. Le seul petit point négatif est qu'il nous a été promis à deux reprises qu'une personne viendrait réparer le store de la chambre principale qui bloquait bien avant la moitié de la fenêtre et que rien n'a été fait. Nous aurions préféré ne pas avoir de promesse du tout. Tout le reste était professionnel et le service est à conseiller.
