Un alojamiento maravilloso

La casa es ideal y perfecta para una familia grande (como la nuestra) o un grupo. La distribución es estupenda y las estancias comunes amplias para estar todos bien sin agobios (más que los normales de “aguantarse” unos a otros …. La cocina totalmente equipada, cuando llegamos nos había dejado la mesa puesta y unos detalles!! La terraza es una joya y tiene unas vistas presididas, para desconectar mirando al mar. Las zonas comunes de la urbanización son estupendas para los niños (y para los mayores ya que podemos perderlos de vista sin preocupación) . Todo limpio a nuestra llegada y con los mínimos necesarios para no tener que salir pitando a comprar lo básico, hasta dejaron unos dulces. Es de agradecer . El contacto con la agencia muy bien, atentos en todo momento e incluso me ayudaron tras la salida para hacerme llegar un objeto olvidado. Quizá la entrega y recogida de llaves podría hacerse de forma más cómoda que trasladarse hasta el local de la inmobiliaria

VALORACION

El piso es magnífico, el número de baños, la amplitud del salón y la cocina, las vistas, la ubicación. La atención de la inmobiliaria rápida y perfecta El mobiliario de la terraza ( sofás) necesitan actualizacion, las cerraduras de la vivienda y la urbanización deberían ir más suaves y proponer que pudiera salirse de la urbanización sin llave. La limpieza en general bien, aunque en rincones mejorable la ubicación oeste de la vivienda un poco calurosa pero eso no se puede mejorar

Si tienes pensado ir a Dénia, ni lo dudes

Absolutamente todo: estás encima de la playa, se aparca fenomenal, el ático está súper limpio, tiene una luz maravillosa, al disponer de cuatro cuartos de baño estuvimos muy cómodas las 9 personas que nos alojamos, las noches en la terraza mirando al mar son inigualables,...y así podríamos seguir. Que nos consigáis más vacaciones y así podamos repetir el viaje y la estancia en vuestro ático todos los meses.

Espacioso, comodo y completo. Dormitorio matrimonio no funcionan luces solo un flexo. Puerta terraza tendedero no cierra. Sin escobillas en baños. Faltan cazos cocina.

Nos ha gustado mucho. Precioso lugar y servicios muy buenos. La playa justo enfrente con unas puestas de sol preciosas. Muchas gracias a Eva por atender a todas nuestras preguntas y por su amabilidad. Cambiaría el tendedero y pondría pinzas. Y algún juego más de toallas.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location

Location not ideal & not much to do. A car is a must. No wi-fi available in this apartment.

Took us almost 40 mins to find the apartment even with help of a Spanish speaking driver to the Real Estate Agents via video call. No kettle available. Had to boil water in saucepan. This is a basic necessity that should be provided to overseas guests. Tumble dryer was full of plastic bags. Cups were dirty & not washed properly. No wi fi available at this property (this is very important for overseas tourists to avoid high data usage). Not enough hangers in wardrobes. Globe light in bunk bed bedroom did not work. There was no bulb inside. TV did not work. Cable was out of TV on the floor & we had to plug in ourselves to back of tv. No instruction manual for guests in English and no instructions on how to use air con. A key or fob is required to exit the gate so check out was stressful as we were not informed of the underground car park to exit after leaving keys inside the apartment. We had to ask a neighbour before the Agents messaged back via WhatsApp. Whilst the view from the balcony overlooking the beach was beautiful however the lack of shops, restaurants and general facilities/services in the apartment was a let down. We arrived on a Sunday with nothing open so we had no food or drinking water. This information was not provided to us by the Agent. Thankfully, the Agents sent us a link for a Pizza restaurant where we were able to get some food & bottles of water. Other than that it was a ghost town. We vacated after 1 night & booked an alternative apartment in Javea which was vibrant, full of life, ample of shops, bars & restaurant & a short walk to the beautiful sandy Arenal beach. Anyone visiting Denia should stay nearer the port side. We did visit Denia Castle which had breathtaking views so would recommend doing that. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying at this property.

Hola Janet, Lamento que no le haya gustado nuestra zona. Usted tenía la ubicación exacta de la urbanización, no es nada complicado llegar. No entiendo por qué su taxista no les llevó allí directamente. A ustedes les molestó que llegaron un domingo y los supermercados estaban cerrados pero contra esto no podemos hacer nada, debe informarse antes y estar prevenido. El apartamento es increíble y todos nuestros huéspedes están muy contentos aunque no disponga de wifi, un saludo.
