Excellent vacation in a quiet location

Communication, responsiveness, friendliness of staff inc. ladies at the office, the pool man, the gardener, cleaner ladies etc. The villa was exceptionally clean on arrival, very well equipped and had a beautiful feel to it. Thank you Villas Holidays Costa Blanca for ensuring our 2-week stay was as trouble-free as possible. Ensuring pool is clean and ready before a changeover (our wasn't initially). If a villa is advertised of having a sun terrace but the terrace is locked and not available - this can be sorted out. An outside container to store rubbish more securely before it can be brought to the publish bins would help. Ensuring all the equipment (parasols, parasol bases, ping-pong rackets and balls are there and in good working order). Returning the key during out of hours - it wasn't clear how to open the gate to the office - had to jump over the wall.

Leider nicht wie in der Beschreibung rollstuhl gerecht schon der Zugang zum Haus zwei Stufen und im Haus alle Schlafzimmer Türen zu schmal man kommt mit Rollstuhl in kein Schlafzimmer und auch in kein Badezimmer allso würde ich rollstuhl gerecht aus der Beschreibung entfernen ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet
