Located in Benissa Costa – La Fustera at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious 250 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests and offers a peaceful setting, perfect for family holidays or trips with friends.



The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet. All bedrooms have 2-meter beds; three rooms offer single beds that can be joined. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.



Enjoy a bright, spacious living-dining area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers), and a TV room with table football—ideal for relaxing together.



Outside, the private garden invites you to unwind with a pool (heating available for an extra fee), outdoor shower, covered and open terraces boasting beautiful sea and mountain views. There’s a Weber charcoal barbecue for al fresco meals. The patio features a second equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers) and a large teak table for 10—perfect for sharing meals. Hammock, swings, and sun loungers complete the relaxation area.



To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, events are not permitted.



Bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are included in the final cleaning.



La Fustera beach is 800 m away on foot and offers restaurants and bars. A sailing school (paddle, windsurfing, sailing) is 5 minutes by car. The nearby La Fustera supermarket stocks a wide range of international products.

Amazing villa with a beautiful pool in a peaceful location

Pros: The pool was amazing, the children loved it plenty of shaded areas if you wanted to be out of the sun. The villa was cool, clean and very spacious perfect for 2 families without feeling crowded. Cons: Mosquitos were horrendous! We all got eaten alive despite citronella candles/ incense sticks/ plug ins and body wipes!

Pros: Very pleasent stay at Ohana, and from the first contact, Ariana, the owner, was very informativ, and when we where delay on the arrivel, and had to change airport, Angel, the supervisor af the house was helpfull with leaving the keys for the house on an agreed spot. Ohana is an elder house, but everything is working, an the family is right now in a restauration, and the work is very buityfull. We used the kitchen underneith near by the BBQ, and there was both the possibility of using gas or wood, and I absolutely prefer the last. Lost of cooling/frizzing possibilities in the spanish heat :-) We defently revert in summer 2020 for the third time in Calpe Area, and second time in Casa Ohana. If anything should be better, then I would recommend a real outdoor kitchen and then, that there would be a possibility of covering the front of the upper balcony in the morning, where the sun is standing right on. We used some plankets to cover the front from the sun, so we could eat the breakfirst up here.

Pros: Heerlijke ruime villa en zeer compleet en gezellig ingericht. Handdoeken aanwezig en tevens strandlakens. Zeer mooie en rustige omgeving. Genoten van de tuin en het fijne zwembad. Communicatie met Ariana verliep snel en vriendelijk en Angel helpt ter plekke als er bijvoorbeeld geen warm water is, is dan snel opgelost. Strand La Fustera en wandel paden erom heen zijn prachtig, Mandala Beach bar is een aanrader om te borrelen en/ of eten (is lopend goed te doen). Huurauto wel aan te raden wanneer je meer van de omgeving wilt zien. Op loopafstand (weg is wel steil) Belgische slager en “Algi” supermarkt met Duitse en Nederlandse producten en verse broodjes etc.. Op 5 min rijden een grote Mercadona in Calpe met uitgebreid assortiment. Benissa zelf is een aanrader maar wel wat verder rijden. Het rijden in deze omgeving is wel een uitdaging met al die kronkelwegen maar overal is er prachtig uitzicht. Al met al een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad met onze kinderen van 8 en 10 jaar oud, die uiteraard genoten hebben van het (verwarmde) zwembad. Een aanrader dus!

Pros: Ruim huis met fijne terrassen. Je kan op verschillende plaatsen in de tuin de zon, of juist de schaduw opzoeken. Mooi schoon zwembad ook! Cons: Ik vond de bedden een beetje zacht.

Pros: Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen im Casa Ohana verbracht und die Zeit am Pool und am Strand La Fuestra sehr genossen. Allerdings waren die Mücken manchmal sehr lästig, also Autan o. ä. nicht vergessen. Ab und an hatten wir Probleme mit der Stromversorgung, aber dank der sofortigen Unterstützung von Angel ließ sich das Problem schnell regeln. Der Pool war herrlich warm und die Außendusche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die abendlichen Kickerpartien waren "Pflichtprogramm". Für faule Stunden gab es um die 40 deutsche Fernsehsender. Eine große Auswahl an DVDs steht zur Verfügung - leider aber kaum in deutscher Sprache. Der Gasgrill im überdachten Außenbereich und die untere Küche mit einem großzügigen Außenesstisch sind für Grillabende bestens geeignet. Wir haben in der Zeit so gut wie nichts vermisst und wären auch gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben! Wir können diese tolle Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke Ariane für dein tolles Kleinod!!

Pros: Nous connaissons déjà bien ce coin d’Espagne, à recommander pour la beauté de ses paysages, de ses plages, de ses petits villages de montagne, et si nous y louons souvent, notre expérience de cet automne 2019 à la Casa Ohana, grâce a son hôte Ariane, secondée par le très sympathique Angel, a été de loin la meilleure. Nous étions une famille de 8, et surprise, nous devions arriver avec un bébé, qui s’est révélé être 2 , 2 petites jumelles de 6 mois. Ariane a tout de suite proposé de racheter un deuxième lit, une deuxième chaise haute, bref s’est pliée en 4 pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous marchions chaque jour jusqu’à la petite plage parfaite pour les bébés et les plus grands, avec son adorable bar et les super mojitos...Nous étions un groupe d’adultes d’âges divers, et la maison, grande et magnifique, est parfaite pour accommoder divers centres d’intérêts, sans qu’à aucun moment nous ne nous sentions les uns sur les autres. Confort sans faute, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, 2 salons, une grande salle à manger, à l’extérieur piscine, patios, cuisine d’été, points de départs d’excursions à pied et en vélo, bref de quoi plaire à tous. D’un point de vue pratique, literie, serviettes de bain et de plage, vaisselle, tout est irréprochable. Vous l’aurez compris nous reviendrons, et vous recommandons chaudement ce magnifique endroit et ses hôtes si sympathiques!

La casa estaba súper limpia, increíblemente bien equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Hemos disfrutado de todo,particularmente de la zona exterior con la cocina y barbacoa y súper piscina. Se puede ir andando a la playa y a comprar,pero hay que tener en cuenta que hay una cuesta bastante grande y se tarda unos 15 minutos. Hay una zona de televisión,con películas (en francés)y un futbolín,pero la televisión no tiene canales en español y no se puede usar la smart tv con netflix ya que no llega muy bien el wifi a esa zona. Había muchísimos mosquitos,hay que ir preparados. Muy recomendable la casa. Volveremos. Muchas gracias por todo Ariane y Ángel.

Pros: Vi har haft 12 dagars semester i ett fantastiskt hus och lugnt område. Huset var stort och rymligt med bra standard. Poolområdet var perfekt då det fanns en liten upphöjning runt poolen som hindrade små barn att ramla i. Härlig trädgård med uteplatser och trevliga utsmyckningar. Fin utsikt över omgivningarna och havet från uteterassen. Vi kan rekommendera Mandala beach bar, mysigt ställe med god mat till rimliga priser Mycket bra service före och under vår vistelse från både Ariana och Angel. Vi är mycket nöjda och återkommer gärna.

Pros: Nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes avec enfants (13, 18 et 19 ans). Sommes restés 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa, et revenons très satisfaits de notre premier séjour en Espagne. Tout d'abord Ariane, très agréable et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions, de la réservation jusqu'à notre retour, charmante! Sur place, Angel vous accueillera et sera joignable en cas de besoin. La villa : superbe ! Vous ne manquez de rien, tout y est pour passer de magnifiques vacances : lits faits à l'arrivée, linge de toilette, serviettes de plage, torchons, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, vaisselle, et bien sûr l'espace piscine ! La situation : idéale ! De magnifiques balades à faire tout au long de la côte avec de splendides panoramas et criques ... Un chemin permet d'aller de la villa jusqu'à Calpe en une quarantaine de minutes de marche ... Même chose en partant du côté de Moraira.. Il y a donc le choix pour les plages : sable ou galets avec de nombreux poissons à observer ! Il y aurait encore beaucoup de choses à dire, mais nous vous laissons découvrir ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci d'avoir contribué à ces magnifiques vacances !
