The apartment features a stainless steel and granite kitchen, internal laundry, three large bedrooms with built-ins, two bathrooms and three large sunny balconies. This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. A LIMITED amount of toilet paper, dish washing liquid, and Laundry powder may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.

We very much loved our week long stay at Steve’s property.The property is very clean and spacious for our family of two parents and 3 sons.Its location is ideal, walking distance to Nelson bay marina and shopping centre and walking / minutes drive away from some of the main attractions in the area, and yet it’s in a quiet street, making it great to relax and enjoy a nice family time after a day out.Steve is an excellent host, very quick to respond to any inquiriesHighly recommend it and would stay there again in the future

Very neat and tidy. Was a disappointed that the pool wasn't clean. Pool area had wood chips from branches being cut down and had gone into the pool. Parking was great. Unit had everything you could ever need. nice and cool with AC and Fans.
We had a great weekend at this property. The location was perfect for us - not far to walk down to the shops and restaurants in one direction and not far down to the beach in the other. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property.
Good communication with owner, easy check in process, allowed us early check in. Great location, within walking distance of marina , shops and cafes. Apartment more spacious then it looks in the photos also!

Thanks for the great review but you left the unit in a poor state.
Food was left in the fridge. The rubbish bins were not emptied. The dishwasher was left full. There were cups etc left in the kitchen sink.
I tried to ring you about this and left you a message but you did not return the call.
Excellent position and a walk to everything. Had everyting we needed and the unit was perfect for us with our son, daughter and grand daughter. Clean, secure, and spacious would highly recommend!!
