Seashells is only a few minutes walk to Nelson Bay CBD, D'Albora Marina, restaurants, the pristine Nelson Bay beach and clubs.

Just 2 1/2 hours north of Sydney this apartment is fully equipped with all the modern accessories to make your holiday perfect.

It has all the luxuries including reverse air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms, Smart TV, WIFI, dishwasher, a BBQ area and in ground swimming pool.

The apartment features a stainless steel and granite kitchen, internal laundry, three large bedrooms with built-ins, two bathrooms and three large sunny balconies. This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. A LIMITED amount of toilet paper, dish washing liquid, and Laundry powder may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.

Includes two wide screen TV's. In the main lounge/living area there is a large smart TV with another TV in the master bedroom.
Also has WIFI.

Port Stephens the perfect destination, just over 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney, offers something for everyone. It is the perfect escape route, for city-dwellers, those seeking relaxation, anyone after outdoor family activities or for those in the pursuit of fun.

A Blue water paradise of over 26 golden sandy beaches, eco-diverse Marine and National Parks. With a resident population of bottlenose dolphins, whales in season, spectacular bushwalking and wild flowers and endless water activities such as 1st class snorkelling and diving in marine parks, fishing for marlin or anyone of the numerous inshore species of fish.

Play a round of golf on a world renown golf course or simply check out some of the areas fantastic restaurants and speciality shops, boutiques and gift shops. For the adventurous there is 4 wheel driving on the fabulous Stockton Bight.

We very much loved our week long stay at Steve’s property.The property is very clean and spacious for our family of two parents and 3 sons.Its location is ideal, walking distance to Nelson bay marina and shopping centre and walking / minutes drive away from some of the main attractions in the area, and yet it’s in a quiet street, making it great to relax and enjoy a nice family time after a day out.Steve is an excellent host, very quick to respond to any inquiriesHighly recommend it and would stay there again in the future

We had a great weekend at this property. The location was perfect for us - not far to walk down to the shops and restaurants in one direction and not far down to the beach in the other. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

Thanks for the great review but you left the unit in a poor state. Food was left in the fridge. The rubbish bins were not emptied. The dishwasher was left full. There were cups etc left in the kitchen sink. I tried to ring you about this and left you a message but you did not return the call.
