- beautiful new American kitchen (induction cooking, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils)

Beach and village are 5 minutes by car.
Possibility to rent a 12m50 racing / cruising sailboat (3 cabins) on request
Saint-tropez at 15kms or 20 mins by car by Gassin.

Located near famous villages to visit like St-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud, Cavalaire.
Beautiful walks (or mountain biking) on the peninsula with a very beautiful coastal path from Gigaro, Cap Lardier, escalal but also in green spaces and on the heights of the village.
Also a motorbike or car ride to the Gorges du Verdon, the Thoronet Abbey in the Haut Var, offer a change of scenery and contrast with the coastline.
All the pleasures of swimming and water sports are available in the large sandy bay of La Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire.
For longer excursions, you can enjoy the Marineland of Antibes, the pottery and glass blower of Biot, and the cities of Cannes and Nice.

Fabulous location!

We had a great stay here. Bastian was easy to deal with and we had no problems other than the fan didn't work. The pool area was a delight, the flowers and herbs there were lovely as well as the rest of the gardens... may be unsuitable for young children due to the steps and levels outside and the driveway is very steep, as they all seem to be in this particular area The kitchen was well equipped and the main bathroom was great, the second bathroom is dated but the photos show this. The views are wonderful and there is off road parking opposite and the road is very quiet. The main town has cafes and supermarkets and we generally ate at the local beach in the evening or Cavaliere sur Mer both a short drive away. Our favourite beach was at Gigaro, not far away either. We will return as this proved ideal for us! Thank you Bastian!

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war toll. Es war alles vorhanden. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Sogar bei Nacht (Beleuchtung im Pool vorhanden). Es war immer ruhig. Unser Hund konnte sich um das Haus frei bewegen, da alles in sich abeschlossen war. Der Weg zum Strand/Meer dauerte mit Auto lediglich 5 Min. Bastien (Vermieter) war allzeit verfügbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Sur les hauteurs de la Croix Valmer cette jolie maison offre confort et tranquilité et une superbe vue. Belle terrasse avec barbecue et coin jardin (chaises et table à manger +chaises longues) ce qui laisse le choix aux différents moments de la journée et aux différents besoins. Idéale pour le repos, excellente base d'excursions nous recommandons vivement cette location située au calme et très agréable. A recommander aux familles, seniors...
