Living room - Has a large & very comfy sectional couch w/ a sofa sleeper, a large, Flat screen Smart TV & a wall of windows looking out to the expansive yard, board games. (Fireplace in photo is not useable) Has a Nest heating system

Dining area - Large table, perfect for meals & Game Nights w/ a wall of windows & a door leading to fabulous patio, yard & River!

Quiet Hours: 9PM to 9AM observed by all guests
PET POLICY - Dogs only/$120 Dog Fee per Dog- Yard not fenced. For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your dog.

•Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not show up to the house without your check in instructions.
• We Have a Guest Reference Guide in the home. Has everything you need to know for a seamless stay!
• Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (may be available for a fee.)
• Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with emergency after-hours assistance.
