For year-round comfort, the home features reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning, while a slow-combustion heater creates a cosy atmosphere on those crisp Mudgee evenings. Fully self-contained, the home offers a modern kitchen, laundry, bathroom, two generous living areas with TV/DVD, and a private ensuite adjoining the main bedroom.

Porcelain tiles flow throughout the living spaces, while the bedrooms are softly carpeted, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

Set across several peaceful acres, the property offers a true sense of escape while remaining approximately 15 minutes from Mudgee. Spend your days taking in the spectacular countryside views, watching the birds come and go, or spotting kangaroos grazing peacefully nearby.
