Welcome to Cannington Home Accommodation House 1

Our properties are located 12 km from the Perth City. Only few minutes drive to Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre (largest shopping mall in WA). All our houses are easy to find and access to main road and public transports. It come with full kitchen utensils for cooking requirement. Fully-furnished. This property consists of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms which can sleep up to 9 people.

Living room come with reverse-cycle (heat or cool) air-conditioner. Close to Curtin University. Double-garage with remote

Please note: We no longer have BBQ on site..

All bedrooms installed reverse cycle aircon (cold & heat).

ALL OUR HOUSES ARE NOW COME WITH FREE WIFI ADSL INTERNET AND 50” SMART TV.

You are renting the entire house ! Not sharing house with the owner or other guests ! Just feel like home without the owner supervision.

Enjoyed the stay here. This is good for families and larger groups. Great location near the shopping mall and restaurants. There was a bit of outside noise from people passing by [that can happen anywhere]. Could do with a coat of paint and updating some crockery, utensils and appliances

This is approximately the sixth time we have stayed at one of the Cannington houses (maybe more). It is always easy to deal with the owners. The properties are in a very convenient location to shops, public transport etc. Plenty of beds if you need to sleep a number of people and houses have all the mod cons.

We stayed for 8 nights. 4 adults and 3 kids. Very easy check in and check out process, Daniel is very accomodating. Communicates well. House is clean, neat and no issues. Bed is comfy. Country week golf

3 bedrooms with a lounge converted to a 4th bedroom. Family and dining area great for all our needs. Hard to find 4 bedroom accomodation at reasonable rates, so great place to stay. Handy to freeways, and as we played golf all over perth, perfect position. All conveinences nearby, shops etc.

There were a couple of things that were misleading such as it says it sleeps 10 but only slept 9, the lack of information regarding rubbish day and having someone come and put the bins out a day before rubbish collection was slightly intrusive. The property was not of a clean condition as per instructions. also the noise restrictions to the home which was not adhere to by the neighbour as they were very loud throughout the night to early hours of the morning keeping my children awake. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

House is in great location to Carousel Shopping Centre, Bunnings and freeways. Has plenty of beds, bedrooms good size. Big fridge/freezer, gas hotplates in kitchen. Double garage with remote, direct access into house. Both bathrooms good size. Would suggest more power points be installed, reconfigure main bedroom to have bedside tables & remove spare mattresses/linen from WIR so could actually use it, kitchen ware/cutlery review (no wine glasses & only 2 normal glasses), different curtain or blinds in lounge as can't watch V too well in the mornings with the sunshine. Overall comfortable stay.

Cannington House 1

The house was spacious and big with excellent location, however, the extra linen such as the bedsheets, blankets that was given does not look clean with many hair strands seen. Kitchen utensils such as pots and pans were not in good condition. Floormats and hand towels were not enough as well which makes it hard to keep the place clean and dry as you requested.

A house that has everything!

We stayed there for 10 days and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed it there. It's kid-friendly and spacious enough for 6 kids to play around. The location is also perfect as it's very near to the mall, and with Toys R Us just a merely 5 minutes walk away. Also very near to a nice park. The owner is really friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. It has a large refrigerator that can stock supplies for a big group. Highly recommended!

Superb Accomodation

Very strategic location, 100m away from Fuel Station (fill up and top ups make it easy). Very close to many groceries stores (for Asian and Western, also for Halal meat). House is clean, well arrange and very comfortable for family or large group. For golfers there are many golf courses in Perth and very close to Cannington. Driving was good that we do not need to cross Perth City to our destinations outside Perth CBD. Very close to Highways. Our group comprised of 13pax and we rented two units with a split of 8pax and 5 pax. Very convenient as the two houses were side by side, House No. 1 and House No. 2. Cooking was very convenient as all needed were available. Garage is good for two cars, can fit two Toyota RAV 4 latest model. The garage door is remotely control for good safety. We felt secured and safe. A very quiet and with easy access to major roads. Value for money.
