About this property

Relaxing Family Getaway!

This beautiful, lakefront home is located in a scenic quiet cove in a family friendly neighborhood. Relax in the new 40 ft. covered outdoor living space with ceiling fans, large round picnic table, gas grill, and sitting area to enjoy the view of the lake or on the spacious dock with a bar and four barstools. The living room and kitchen have a great lake view, with hardwood flooring, a fireplace and 55 inch Smart TV with Dish network. There is also a coffee bar featuring a Keurig coffee maker for your enjoyment and free fi-wi. Three bedrooms with updated carpet and decor feature a flat screen TV and ceiling fan, and will accommodate 8-9 people comfortably. There is a King-size bed in the downstairs bedroom, two regular-size beds in one upstairs bedroom, and a regular-size bed and a couch in the bedroom that one person can sleep on with additional room on the two sectional couch recliners in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, each with marble-top vanities and a tub/shower. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. A total of four parking spaces are available and are right in front of the property as well as one 20 x 10 foot boat slip at the dock. There is a great swim area for children and adults protected by the dock and walking bridge. “NO PARTIES” of any kind and “NO PETS”are allowed or you will lose your $400 deposit. (Due to allergies in family and respectively to guest that suffer from allergies) The individuals reserving must be at least 30 YEARS Old.

The parking was really tight fitting. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house could have been a little cleaner. Fans were really dirty & rooms had cobwebs.

Amazing Lakehouse!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Lake of the Ozarks! The location is great and even has a private dock. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, and would definitely do it again. The house is well appointed - everything you think you might need is there. There is great fishing from the dock, and the new deck is beautiful! The owner is the nicest person ever - so helpful!

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our girls trip to the lake! Conveniently located within walking distance of 2 swim up bars, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxing. The house was plenty big for all 10 guests to sleep and hang out comfortably.

Great Golf Getaway

We were pleasantly surprisesd by the wonderful views, the large kitchen/island, and the spacious rooms. Entering and leaving driveways near the lake may challenge larger vehicles, but parking was spacious.

Great experience and accommodations

The home was just perfect for our family vacation. Close to everything and the property is well taken care of. The cove in which the home is located was perfect for swimming and fishing. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We couldn't ask for a better setup for our quick vacation down to the lake. Would definitely book again at this location.

This property offers the serenity of a relaxing screened porch with a gorgeous view, the fun of a picnic area on the sundeck with the big round picnic table and gas grill, as well as the awesome swim and dock area with a boat slip and plenty room to fish to maximize lake enjoyment. There is also a partially shaded picnic area with small picnic table and park bench. Truly a retreat that appeals to everyone's liking.
