Luxury townhouse situated in the Palm Beach area of Rockingham, only 300 metres to the beach and a 5 minute stroll to Rockingham's beautiful waterfront cafes, restaurants and shops.

This 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 toilet townhouse is fully self contained. You need to bring only your clothes and sunscreen with you.

The interior of the townhouse is light and airy with pleasant furnishings and fittings. Down stairs has an open plan family area (lounge/dining/fully fitted kitchen) with the benefit of reverse cycle a/con plus laundry, toilet and under stairs cupboard for storage. Upstairs provides a master bedroom with reverse cycle a/con, en suite and walk in robe plus 2 further double bedrooms with built in robes and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.



Outside there is a private enclosed garden with outdoor setting and BBQ, a lock up garage and electric security gate.

Bedroom and bathroom linen is included in the tariff.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted out with cooking appliances and eqiupment as is the laundry.

Great location, comfy house

Host had put lots of effort to make the place comfy. Nice Bed linen, everything dry and clean. Kitchen well equipped with different spices. Lots of details make the stay very comfy, even got nappies for families with babies... Host Dave is very welcoming and flexible. Contacted us a few days pre arrival to custermise a comfy stay for us. Set up a extra bed for us, checked in early as well . Place is 5min walk to a calm beach which we swimed with our baby everyday... highly recommended

Summer staycation

Clean, neat and tidy holiday home. Upstairs bedrooms without air conditioning did get a little hot at night. Close to the beach but road was busier than expected during the day but quiet at night. Parking very limited at front of property and with a large car was very tight. Overall we enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, with walking distance for all requirements.

An ideal holiday home.

We arrived at the house after a 16 hour flight and we could not have been happier. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortably and the description of the house was spot on. I'd previously read that some people have found parking a little tight, personally speaking I easily managed to park a 7 seater Mazda in the garage and there was space down the side. Rockingham was a short 10 minute stroll away and the beach was about 4 minutes away by foot. The only issue we had during our stay was with a stuck roller blind in one of the bedrooms. Once we contacted Dave he immediately came round and fixed the issue. Dave was an extremely personable and likeable host and we can't recommend his property highly enough.

Location, location

I was thrilled to find a property that was dog friendly. This place ticks all the boxes and more. The location to the beach and cafe strip is excellent. The house it self is spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. Communication with Dave was excellent. With or without a pet, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Short but pleasant

We stayed with the fur babies for a quick staycation to attend a party at a location nearby. The property is as advertised. The weather was crazzzy when we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors, but indoors was lovely.

Property was fantastic. Place was clean and layout was great for families. Our stay was a welcome with the covid 19 pandemic and economic uncertainty. Car parking a little bit pokie, but manageable. Communication with properly manager great. Ideal for extended walks around the area. Would recommend to all visiting the Rockingham area.

Home away from home.

Turned up and walked in, what a treat to come into a home and feel warm, comfortable and at ease. Place has everything you could think of, even fly spray, cooking oil, salt and pepper... Not to mention, milk, tea and coffee. The dogs were safe and secure. The beds and bathrooms were great, clean and fresh. Recommend staying here for a chilled relaxing stay. So close to walk to the waters edge, and a great cafe that offers a lovely breakfast. The hosts stayed completely out of site, but were available and answered te ts, and emails immediately. Thanks guys.

Great little property

We stayed recently as part of my husband's 50th. The house was well located,clean and everything had been thought of making it a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again. The owner was also excellent at communicating promptly.

Lovely property, close to the beach and foreshore with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

We stayed for almost 3 weeks while our own home in Perth was having work done on it. The property had everything we needed to accommodate our family of four plus our two dogs. Kitchen was well equipped; living area great with a large comfy lounge. All bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Location was awesome and close to the beach and Palm Jetty. Got to explore Rockingham a bit more then we had in the past and loved Point Peron, Penguin Island and of course the foreshore. The only negative was the busy road. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you Dave :)
