Villa Macallan is an absolutely amazing, waterfront 3 bedrooms 2 baths villa, located in the heart of popular Cape Coral. It has been completely renovated and has a gorgeous and luxurious interior.

The pool area has southern exposure which means you can enjoy the sunshine ALL day. Macallan is a waterfront property, located RIGHT on an intersecting canal, giving you a spectacular view over an extra-wide canal... The view over the canal gives you the true essence of Cape Coral. The lanai and pool area is spacious, plenty of room for sunbathing and entertaining. Cool down in the pool during the day and relax in the hot spa in the evening. There is also a wonderful outdoor kitchen and dining area equipped with a grill, everything you need for a perfect stay.

The villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral which means you're close to shopping and restaurants. You're also close to both Veterans Pkwy and Cape Coral Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island. As well as the Airport and Miromar Outlets on I-75.

This villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy TV room with a 65" TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.

Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have King size beds and a 50" TVs.
The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and has a 40" TV.

There's brand new furniture in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Also in the living room and outside.

The villa offers WiFi so you can use your own phone, tablet, or laptop.

Most Enjoyable

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay. The house was immaculate and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable. We spent much time in the pool and hot tub and grilling local seafood. Very relaxing neighborhood with canal frontage providing plenty of privacy for our stay. Location is convenient to Pine Island and Ft Myers and shopping.

Nice house on the canal

We were down there for a baseball tournament and really enjoyed the property. The pool area was great and the house was nicely updated. We also loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs!

Relaxing and beautiful

Our adult children live in two different states. We decided to bring them together for the holidays in Florida. We couldn’t have been happier with this place, even through it was a bit chilly outside, it made the spa that much more enjoyable at night. I highly recommend staying here. It was as the pictures show and then some. The sunset view was amazing.
