About this property

Surfside - Ocean Views, Steps from the Beach!

This comfortable 2nd floor (2) bedroom condo has a balcony with a partial ocean view. You can hear the smooth movement of the waves and enjoy the afternoon sitting down facing the ocean. The Primary Bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The Secondary Bedroom has two twin size beds with a door to a Jack/Jill full bathroom. Additionally, there is a full size Sleeper Sofa in the living room if needed. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen containing all your basics, dining area with seating for 4, and a comfortable new sofa in front of the TV in the living area. Cable TV and Wifi are included!

There is FREE assigned parking for two vehicles (permits are required) and a swimming pool available for staying guests (wrist bands are required)

Come back from the beach in the afternoons and sit in the front balcony facing the ocean and enjoy your favorite cold drink.

Fun stay!

Overall, the house was great: great location, easy check-in and check-out, nice pool area, and a comfortable place. A few items that I'd say could use a little work: the Roku should be in the main room and not the master bedroom--much easier for watching things together; the ice maker in the freezer could be turned out; the plastic mattress pad in the smaller bedroom made for a very warm sleep. These are comparatively small items, but small tweaks could really up the stay!
