Awaken to the sound of the surf in this beautifully appointed, comfortable and affordable holiday home for you and your family.  If the idea of waking to the sound of the surf or taking that brisk walk along one of South Australia's most pristine beaches is for you, then this home is a must for your next holiday!  It will become your favourite time and again.  Located within a few minutes walk of the well known Middleton beach, you will be delighted with this lovely holiday home.  We invite you to enjoy what this area has to offer.  Stay for 2 nights, 2 weeks or more.  Open plan living / dining, kitchen with microwave, family bathroom with bath.  Large decking area at the back with BBQ and outdoor setting and established fenced yard.  Additional features include R/C air conditioning, Digital TV, DVD player and stereo.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

It could’ve done with a more thorough vaccum before we arrived. Sand in the bath.Front door lock is quite tricky & possibly needs replacing. House was adequate for our needs & convenient to many places we wanted to visit.
