Wallowie Fields Beach House is a residence designed with relaxation and style in mind. You may get the impression on entrance that you have arrived in provincial France or perhaps you are on the coast of the Mornington Peninsula. The design of this unique property allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Charming holiday home on huge manicured grounds with large games room/bar area, unlimited fast NBN Broadband WiFi .

An impressive entrance greets guests at Wallowie Fields. Rolling fields, a horseshoe-shaped driveway, fully fenced and beautifully presented private grounds, offer families and those wishing to book an exclusive retreat, the feeling you are a world away.

Close to the beach and coastal walks or enjoy in-house entertainment. Dine al fresco under the stars or relax here on a summers day, watch the children enjoy the cubby house, wishing well and secret garden from the outdoor lounges. Read a good book or enjoy conversation indoors in front of the wood fireplace. (Firewood is not provided) There is also a pool table set up for game of billiards alongside a large bar area with comfy couches and large screen TV. At night enjoy the sound of the crashing waves.

The main residence at Wallowie Fields has one king master bedroom, two stylish queen bedrooms and a further bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. (4 x Single Beds) The principal bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

An immaculate country style kitchen is tastefully decorated and complete with lots of bench space, oven, stove and range hood. The large butlers pantry houses the fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Welcome a sumptuous meal at the beautifully presented dining table or relax in the extremely comfortable large couches.

The open plan layout, huge cathedral ceilings in the entrance games/relaxation room, fireplaces, the indoor/outdoor flows onto the garden teeming with bird life with al fresco dining and BBQ area. All this creates a sensational ambience and the perfect place to relax away from the hustle of busy city life. This exclusive holiday retreat will bring your senses alive!

Fantastic property for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 2 families plus grandparents fit perfectly, with the 2 living rooms plus cottage providing ample space to spread out. Beautifully set in lush gardens and lawn, was the perfect setting for relaxation. Great location, short drive/walk to back beach and short drive to bay and shops. Very easy to communicate to property owner who made sure we were taken care of. We’ll be back!

Stayed here in August with 11 friends. Peferct winter house for a girls getaway. Plenty of space. Fires kept us warm. Beds were comfy. Property was really beautiful. Perfect Spring Getaway!

Lovely location and neighbourhood! The shops were close by which made it easy to get things that we forgot back at home. Everyone in my group enjoyed waking up to the beautiful backyard view. The rooms very spacious and the living rooms were perfect for our family game nights. Andrew was easy to communicate with and he made sure our needs were met. Luxurious 'home away from home'

I celebrated my 60th birthday with my extended family of 12 in this amazing home set in magnificent surroundings. Everyone felt so relaxed and comfortable in this beautiful home! Great house for girls weekend!

We had a terrific girls weekend at Wallowie Field. The house had everything we needed and the comfy sofas were perfect for hours of chatting. It was lovely waking up to the view of the huge garden. Great family holiday venue

We had a fabulous family Easter holiday at Wallowie Fields. 10 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 children were comfortably accomodated. Having two living areas was really handy with so many kids/teens. The grounds are amazing and the surrounding area lovely for a walk to the beach. Very comfy beds and cozy fireplaces topped it off!

Lovely relaxing summer weekend

Recently booked this property for a weekend away with 4 couples, 2 singles and 2 babies. It was the perfect size for the group. The property had all the right amenities and the gardens are lovely - really relaxing and lots of space to lose each other/hang out. Pool table was great fun and the kitchen/dining was large enough to all pitch in without getting under each other's feet. The beach was a little less accessible that we thought but it was still easy to find.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wallowie Fields. We had 5 kids under age 5 plus 3 infants and of course the 6 adults and there was still PLENTY of room inside for all of us to relax comfortably. One of the many highlights of this beautiful property, was its meticulously manicured gardens - absolutely gorgeous!!! You could easily use this property as a place to tie the knot. What a fantastic property for those who are looking to accommodate a large number of people, the property's living areas are quite spacious allowing everyone to spread out - 2 x living areas, we had the younger generations in one room playing board games & the oldies in the other chatting away. 4 Generations of girls = 11 people occupying the house, we were happy to find a large backyard for the younger ones to explore. Rye back beach not far for walking. Andrew kept in contact before the stay to ensure all was in order. The bottle of sparkling on arrival was a pleasant surprise and enjoyed by all (except the young ones). Thanks Andrew for providing a house that accommodated large numbers which gave my family the opportunity to enjoy a weekend stay together. Highly recommend and we will be back.

We had a lovely family weekend at Wallowie Fields to celebrate our father's 70th birthday! There were 15 of us altogether, 8 adults and 7 children ranging in ages from 2 to 11 years. There was something to do for all ages and it was so relaxing as the children were either playing outside in the large garden, playing pool or watching a DVD. The only minor things stopping me from giving it an outstanding rating would be no toilet facilities in the cottage (but we coped easily for the weekend) and the dining room table was only big enough for ten people. It is a big, beautiful, relaxing property and I would love to get back there again. Thank you Andrew.

Wallowie Fields was a great Easter holiday destination for our extended family. There was no trouble with 9 adults and 6 children. With 2 large living areas we never felt like we were stepping on toes. The large yard with it's cubby and was great for the kids to run around and ride their bikes and made for a special Easter Egg hunt. Perfect weekend Away!

14 of us spent a full weekend away in this beautiful property and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the house! The gardens are beautiful and we spent most of our time sitting at the out door table taking it all in. The beds were really comfortable and the living space meant we could mingle together or retire to different areas if we wanted. I would highly recommend this property we loved every minute and will definitely be back!
