Island Breeze - Luxurious & private home in Vivonne Bay, Kangaroo Island

T.QUAL licensed - Australian Tourism Quality Assured, Island Breeze is a luxurious, private, fully appointed house with free WIFI that has been designed to provide a relaxing holiday and tranquil setting with easy access to the major attractions of Kangaroo Island.

It has an open plan lounge, dine and kitchen, together with two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Island Breeze is approximately 500 metres from beautiful Vivonne Bay beach, voted in 2003 the best beach in Australia. The beach provides stunning views, safe swimming and surfing as well as good fishing.

Vivonne Bay is at the centre of the major tourist attractions including Seal Bay, Kelly Hill Caves, Admirals Arch, Little Sahara, Remarkable Rocks and Flinders Chase.

Local wildlife includes possums and wallabies that can be fed from the deck, sea lions at the jetty, dolphins, whales in the winter months, echidnas, goannas, beautiful blue wrens and kangaroos.

This is a cute beach cabin. Kitchen was well equipped, location was great for doing the park and the beach is walkable. Sadly no Kangaroos or wallabies to been seen from the porch. Check in was simple and we enjoyed our time.

We had a wonderful stay! Close to the beach and little general store. Kitchen was really well equipped for us to cook at home. Electric blankets were appreciated as we had a few chilly evenings. Loved the wildlife right outside the house - koala, wallabies and echidnas! A really relaxing few days.

A great place to stay to explore the island from!

Island Breeze was situated in an ideal location, being near the beach, and also near all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was clean, tidy, and well provisioned with crockery, utensils, cooking equipment (including bbq), and fresh linen. The resident wildlife was also a joy to watch from the comfort of the property.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Breeze, visiting southern KI. We watched wallabies in the front yard in the evenings. Plenty of space for 2 couples or small family. Checkin/out was easy.

Piece and quiet stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Breeze Apartment. The property was clean and comfortable, with plenty of windows offering lovely views of nature. It's located in Vivonne Bay, close to Seal Bay and Flinders Chase National Park. There's also a beautiful beach nearby, perfect for relaxing walks. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were also DVDs and board games available, so there's no chance of getting bored. We would definitely stay again!

What a beautifully presented home with a good bush view with resident wildlife. We arrived in the dark (a little scary with the amount of wildlife near the roads) and felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
