Seaside Splendour - House with Pool, Spa and a walking distance to Sorrento

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups (we do not accept bookings made up of 12 adults) ** We do not permit pets.

Your holiday starts as soon as you enter this beautiful Sorrento property. Winter or summer, this property provides luxurious accommodation for many occasions; weddings, family reunions, girls weekends or just a weekend away. Sleeping 12 people (no bunks) across four bedrooms, this property is perfect for up to two families.

A short walk to the Sorrento shops or the Sorrento front beach or the beautiful coastal tracks are at your doorstep. You may not need your car for the entire time you are there. This property is also a short walk to the Sorrento to Queenscliff ferry.

This property boasts two separate and expansive living rooms. Both equipped with Smart TV’s overlooking the two respective outdoor entertaining areas. This property offers an open fireplace and a large dining table (seating 12).

The first deck is equipped with an outdoor dining table and sun lounges overlooking the pristine solar heated pool and gas heated spa. The second deck is equipped with a built in BBQ and an additional outdoor dining table and outdoor lounge area.

This luxurious Sorrento house boasts four generously sized bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 12 people and three bathrooms including three showers and a spa bath each with heated tiles.

No luxury has been forgotten - WiFi, Smart TVs, ducted vacuum, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice-dispensing fridge, full laundry facilities, granite benchtops, hydronic heating, open fire, air conditioning, heated tile areas, spa bath, ceiling fans and an inground trampoline and large grassed area for the children.

BED LINEN, BATH AND POOL TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS.

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.

Golf Weekend Joy

Organised an annual golf trip away down on the peninsula with a group of friends and was lucky enough to book seaside splendour in Sorrento. The house was perfect, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Will be back for sure!

Gorgeous property

Our girls weekend in Sorrento was fantastic. The property is private and so spacious. 11 ladies and plenty of room in all bedrooms and living areas. The pool and spa and outdoor areas are very relaxing spaces especially when the sun is out !! We have all decided this is the house for us ladies close to the town centre an d beach and general store around the corner. Staff management was excellent also Until next time …..

Amazing house with luxury, comfort & great location!

This was the first time staying at this property and we will definitely be back. The house was perfect for our group of 12. We had plenty of space and everything within the house was excellent quality. The kids spent all day every day either in the pool, in the spa or on the trampoline. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. An absolute gem of a property- you will not be disappointed!

Amazing family holiday

The overall property was amazing for a family holiday. We have three generations and there was space for everyone, the kids loved the pool and trampoline, the location was great for walking to the Main Street/beaches and the accomodation was great. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Clean, great location

This is the second time we’ve stayed at seaside splendour as it was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to be close to the Main Street but not too close that the traffic is a problem. We would stay again.

The perfect retreat for a crowd

The spacious beautiful house and property were just perfect for our needs. 5 mum's and 6 daughters were accommodated well. Love that the front living room has a solid sliding door to allow adults to stay up and kids sleep without disturbance . Short walk to town was great too.

A Weekend Winner!

Fantastic, spacious accommodation with 4 generous bedrooms that included a large room of 5 single beds ( no climbing up bunks - a must for a girls weekend away of mature ladies). The 2 living zones were set apart to cater for 12 guests enjoying their own spaces, walking distance to town, & the Spa was perfect at the end of the day. We had a splendid stay & will be back again for a third visit next year!

This house is amazing!! It is very spacious, clean and roomy. We booked this house for my daughters hens weekend away and we couldn't have picked a better place. With 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, big kitchen and great entertainment areas, we were able to organise ourselves a lot quicker. It looked better than it showed on the internet, much more bigger than I imagined. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
