Peppercorn Cottage is the ideal get away to relax and rejuvenate in this quiet leafy setting. The Cottage has polished boards, high ceilings and ceiling roses. It has 3 bedrooms and one centrally located bathroom. Relax on the shady veranda at both the front and rear of the house. The house is securely fenced and with the cubby house is ideal for young families. The yard is suitable for pets, but all animals must be kept outside the house.

The Cottage has a washing machine, ironing facilities, dish washer, microwave, fridge and BBQ facilities. There is a TV and DVD player. It has ducted heating and evaporative cooling.

We had a great time away. Eibg slightly out of town provided an icentive to walk over the bridge to Moama.It would be nice to have a mirror on the front bedroom. Our complementary wine was yummy and appreciated.We tried very hard not to track the mulberries that had fallen off the tree into the house!Lovel quiet neighborhood. Our host contacted us several timrs via textmessage to ensure all was ok.

Peppercorn Cottage is only a short walk into the port area. Most guests park the car and don't use it the whole time they are there.
