This new built 2 bedroom home is positioned on a pondside with a veranda directly backing onto a tranquil pond and bushland where you can enjoy a bbq with views and soak in the sun. Open plan living area, tiled floors and carpeted bedrooms. Stylish bathroom, hideaway laundry.
Just minutes walk to the town centre and Rails to Trails Walk/Cycle Trail, Barrett St Weir, 8 mins drive to Margaret River Golf Club, 10 mins drive to Margaret River mouth & Surfers Point.
Comfortable for 4 people, fully self contained modern Duplex. Perfect location in the heart of Margaret River and walking distance to most amenities.
Please note to accommodate a larger group, Ohana B is available for booking, please feel free to enquire
Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
Please note a damage deposit of $300 is due when booking and a photo ID
Both must be sent prior to receiving arrival details

very clean, well equipped and lovely setting beside the lake. nice and quiet area. could do withe table and chairs on decking so you can eat outdoors to take in the scenery.

Not great but did the job!

Good location, okay price if fully occupied and not looking for anything fantastic. However with 3 of us staying we feel it was over priced. Could hear everything the adjoining house was doing and the dog barked constantly on their balcony. Beds were uncomfy and it’s the small details like not buying new bins for the house despite all of them being broken. Check out list of jobs is also excessive.

A good stay in a great location

We really enjoyed our short stay here, though there were a couple of minor niggles that fall just short of a 5 star rating. It would've been lovely to have fire wood and supplies provided (rather than having to dash out before the shops shut in arrival), and the BBQ was filthy. Other than that, I agree with other reviews that the wall between the two houses is a bit thin (we had a newborn next door, which was totally fine, but we were constantly trying to keep our boys from making too much noise, thud thud thud). The house itself is very nicely finished, and the lake view our back was just lovely. It was spotlessly clean inside, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All in all, pretty good.

Fabulous property with everything you need to have a great time, practically new and sitting on the water. If you prefer to go out for a meal Margaret River town centre is a 5 min walk!
