Newly renovated! This is the best location in the entire area. Short walking distance to both St. Armands Circle and Lido Key! Its a 2 minute walk to the St Armands Circle and a five minute walk to the white sands of Lido Beach where you can always find your place in the sun. Very large bedroom, with a king-size bed and large closet space. New couches and furnishings. Pull out couch (queen size) in large living area can accommodate 2 more people. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. First floor unit is easy to get in and out of, with apartment located near the pool and spa. High speed wifi. The condo complex has a large laundry room that you have access to as well! You will have your own covered parking spot so you can enjoy everything around you. Note: this unit can (and has) accommodate 4, however it is much more spacious for 2.

Fabulous location and stay!!!!

We found the condo more than adequate and comfortable. Great location and friendly people. The best access to the shops on St. Armand’s circle and beach!! So convenient in and out of the complex and parking area.

Excellent stay at St Armand circle

This is a very spacious one bedroom that's suitable for a couple. It's location is great alongside St. Armand circle's shops & restaurants and a short walk to beautiful Lido Key beach.

St. Armand’s condo

The location was great. Right off the circle and very close to the beach. The pool was very nice. Had a great time there. Hope to come back next year.

Best Getaway

This place is so convenient to everything you could want. Beach, restaurants, pool, whirlpool and sun ! Shopping, yes, don't forget shopping! Walking distance to all from a clean and supplied condo. Easy access per direction and communication from our host. We will stay again ! Patti and Ed

Location is great!

Other than a shortage of toilet paper and the cleaning service had left a few strange hairs on the shower wall, which was promptly addressed with speed and efficiency, everything was great. A few new wine glasses would come in handy……

Great location .. Had to purchase some basic that should have been there for a month rental - some kitchen utensils, no swifter for floor no vacuum for carpet.

Dirty/Bugs

The night we arrived to check-in we realized the property was infested with bugs. We called both VRBO and the property owner and no one was able to help. We were forced to stay in a hotel for several days until the property owner could have a cleaning company out (he would not admit he needed an exterminator). Once he had the property "cleaned" again we checked back and nothing had been touched and there were still bugs on the furniture. At that point we made arrangements to stay somewhere else. The property owner also refused to give us a refund. I spent 3 hours on the phone with VRBO Customer Service just to be told there was nothing they could do. I will never stay with this host again and will warn other travelers to beware, and I am also very disappointed in VRBO Customer Service. This is not how our vacation was supposed to go and caused us to lose a lot of time due to no fault on our end and spend twice the money since we could not get any refund.

Near to Circle.

Easy to run 1bed property close to St Armand Circle. Perfect for 2 people but could comfortably accommodate 4 people by using sofa bed. The host was easy to contact although we didn’t have any issues.. It was a most enjoyable trip in an excellent location. Very clean.

Beautiful St Armand's Key

Location location location! Very homely condo and the buildings and pool area were very well maintained. No TV in bedroom despite being in the photos which was a bit disappointing. Overall a great stay though.

Perfect location!

Took my three young children for a three week adventure to get back in shape and enjoy nature after a long stint of homeschooling and stuck in house with pandemic year. The location is in an absolutely perfect spot. Very safe and I wasn’t scared at all to be alone. Easy walk to beach and St Armand’s circle for Starbucks and donuts for kids at mini donut shop! I’d avoid the circle on weekends because did get pretty crowded. Beach is beautiful and less crowded than other neighboring beaches there. Kind of like a private secret beach. Everyone in condo units we met at pool daily were very very friendly and didn’t mind my three little kids being there. The condo itself was very clean. The sofa bed has seen better days, but I just ended up buying an air mattress and putting in the giant master bedroom and it was a 20 bucks fix. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Owner of Unit was extremely nice and answered any questions I had very quickly. The pool was a simple pool with a nice spa and there was a pool guy there daily cleaning everything so perfect again for us to cool off after afternoon at beach. I’d also recommend wearing tons of sunblock at this beach because the burn time was fast with the white sand! I’d recommend this place for two adults or one adult with smaller kids for a very relaxing, very easy trip.

Our 14 day stay at St Armands Key

Took over half hour to get lockbox open Needs attention. Nobody to communicate with. Upon arrival, not cleaned . After had stripped beds etc and taken to laundry and cleaning bathroom and kitchen, the crew showed up. Living room and bedroom furniture needs replaced. However location cannot be beat Also the facility, pool etc were very nice.

Great little gem right in the heart of St Armand's circle

We are having a house built in Longboat Key and needed an affordable quiet place near the south end of LBK. We rented for a month and were very pleased with the property, location and quietness. Close to the beach and the gorgeous mansions in Lido Key. Hard to believe we were 1/2 block from Tommy Bahamas and have never been to a quieter place. Beds were very comfortable. The host promptly responded to our texts for anything we needed. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family a stay at Steve's place on St Armands circle

Adequate not luxurious

This unit is a ground level unit, which has some advantages, but with the disadvantage in that it did not have a balcony. This was not evident in the write-up or pictures. There was a very small space outside the living room where you could just fit 2 chairs to sit. Location was very close to the pool, which could be noisy but did not bother us. Place was clean and sufficiently equipped (except toilet paper). We arrived at the start of the pandemic in March and decided to leave after 5 days of our 2 week stay because it seemed dangerous to stay -- dinner parties around the pool, no one wearing masks, beaches, stores and sidewalks crowded, etc. We asked for a partial credit back from our stay and although the owner assured us on the phone that he would do that, after 4 months of badgering him, he does not reply and to date, there is no refund in sight.

Why they chose this property

Unbelievable location. Having older parents and young kids, it is important to find balance on a vacation spot. Here, you have immediate access to the St Armands circle, with the great shops and restaurants. You also have a short walking distance to one of the nicest beaches around. In the complex, there is also a pool and hot tub.

What makes this property unique
