This brand new architecturally designed home is located just 100m from the north end of Werri Beach and the start of the picturesque Kiama Coastal Walk.

Upon entering Saltwater you will instantly feel relaxed by its coastal charm, light-filled interior and versatile outdoor living spaces.

This home can accommodate up to 7 guests and contains 3 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, BBQ facilities, outdoor shower and a private jetty.

Saltwater is the ideal retreat for your next getaway, located less than 2 hours south of Sydney in Gerringong, New South Wales.

Nice retreat in a good location

Very nice house in a great location. House is very well equipped. Only disappointment is that the property is incorrectly advertised as having three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. However, one bathroom is shared by two bedrooms and one is the laundry downstairs that has a shower and toilet. Not a big deal, however it is when you book somewhere for three couples, thinking that each couple will have their own bedroom with private bathroom.

Peaceful retreat

Saltwater is a very well appointed property. The inclusions are thoughtful and everything has been done to make guests completely comfortable. My family needed a quiet holiday to recharge and this was the perfect place to rest. The lagoon is tranquil and the beach is just at the end of the street.

Absolutely Fabulous

Great communication from vendor with booking and check in process. Beautiful property architecturally designed. Stunning location. Layout and resources in the kitchen were next level. Everything you need is supplied. Fire place kept the whole house warm. Pier off the backyard was great for throwing a line in and for photos. Quiet street located right near the beach. Great storage areas in each bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout. Dyson heaters/cooling fans in the rooms as well. Beautifully styled furniture and accessories. Good selection of games provided. Two bbqs - one in area below outside and one on top covered balcony. Huge oven in kitchen. All living areas are on the top entry level. Easy street parking. Lots of chairs and cushions.

AMAZING

We stayed at Saltwater as a family with my kids and grandchildren. OMG the property is beautifully done. We felt very spoilt. Plenty of room for us to lounge and chat together or separately , lots of space for the kids to run around. Beds ohhh so comfy. The fireplace was awesome heated the house beautifully and added to the weekend. 50 metres from park and beach and backing onto water. We will be back that is for sure. Summer will be lovely there.

Loved it!

We had an awesome 5 days with our family in this property. The location is fantastic - backing onto the the creek was a game changer when the weather didn't lend itself to going to the beach. The kids were happy to paddle up the creek or fish from the jetty and the outlook is incredibly relaxing. Together with the great location, the highlight of this property is the management who look after it. Nothing was too much trouble (even at 7pm on a Sunday night!) and the Holiday Manager Katrina deserves more than 5 stars for her friendliness, attention to our needs and her "above and beyond" attitude. When I forgot to bring linen, she helped with a solution quickly, despite it being my own fault 😳 We had an awesome week and will be back! Thanks Katrina and team!

Tranquility and Relaxation at its best

Rustic property that lets you unwind in the first minute. So many great facets of this property. Views of rolling green hills behind the lagoon every morning whilst eating breaky . The train whizzing by quietly in the distance with cows meandering in the paddocks and variety of birdlife. Sitting on the jetty watching ducks and pelicans wishing we had bought fiahing gear as nearby fisherman caught flathead for dinner. For those liking a walk...Good walks to town. bowling club for dinner and the kiama coastal walk. Beach at your doorstep only minutes down the road. Come and enjoy the paradise we'll sure be back!!

We loved our stay. The property was family friendly, had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. The location is beautiful and it was great being able to fish from our own private jetty! We can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy some swimming to.

Amazing views

Our family really enjoyed this renovated but rustic beach house with amazing views. The Kiama coastal walk starts 100m away which was beautiful and we spotted so many whales heading south. Would have been even better if we were able to explore the lagoon with the canoes.

Home away from home...

We've stayed at Saltwater a number of times. It feels like our very own home away from home. The children love the secure/enclosed garden and my husband loves being able to throw a line in from the private jetty. We will back without doubt!!
