No need for a car, walk to attractions, restaurants and beach at your door. Torquay is the gate way to the Great Ocean Road and boasts Bells Beach, Surf shops, great restaurants and wineries, golfing, day spas, and so much more.

Why not grab a cuppa, walk across the road and watch the kids play at the playground or build sandcastles on the beach.
We supply tea and coffee and milk on arrival to help you start relaxing....
There are great markets each weekend in Torquay and great walks and fishing spots for the whole family.

The surfcoast accommodation is great at Front Beach Torquay and you will be like many who come and re-book year after year to secure their spot as it is literally beach front holiday accommodation in Torquay!

Beach House is yellow and has a beach essence and is named ocean Views. See the surfboards out the front!!
main bedroom has queen bed plus a double sofa bed, second bedroom has a double plus bunk beds

fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, other facilities include washing machine, drier, off street parking, BBQ area LCD TV, and more
There is a split system for heating and cooling as well as a wood heater, which we supply wood in the Winter months to get you started. (June, July and August) Extra wood can be purchased at the local bunnings and hardware stores if needed

Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and cafes

Excellent location and Elizabeth made it really easy for us checking in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is literally 50m away. Onsite parking was really appreciated too as it got quite busy along the esplanade on Good Friday. Everything was within walking distance including dog beaches.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a great few days in Beach House 2. Easy walking distance to shops, front beach and even the surf beach. We found the accommodation comfortable, private and quiet. Would certainly come again. Elizabeth was a joy to liaise with and very professional.

Good property close to the beach

Great location - you can walk out onto the street and see the beach. Few minutes walk away. Stayed in Beachouse No 2 which was a bit on the small side. Good setp up with most amentities (although you will need to bring your own tea towels etc) Big plus that is dog friendly and there was a secure outside area. Double beds a bit on the small side and the problem with the upstairs room is that the sun comes in (so no sleep ins). OVerall very good and would stay there again

Beautifully presented beach house close to everything Torquay has to offer

Loved our 2 night stay at this Torquay beach house. Very comfortable with 2 couples and a toddler (we brought our own portacot). We could walk almost everywhere. Great communication with Elizabeth made everything easy. The only thing I can fault was the empty BBQ gas bottle, but wasn't a problem as there were so many lovely places to eat out nearby.

A little gem in an excellent location

Such a great little beach house with plenty of space and get outdoor area. Short walk to the beach and centre of town. It was very easy to communicate with owner to get all essential information and was very accommodating allowing us to check out a little later than normal! I look forward to staying again - thank you :)

A great home away from home if you have pets

We had a fantastic time, location is great, and being able to bring a furry family member was a big plus. He had an outdoor undercover area and secure space outside. Literally across the road from the dog beach was great, no walking through crowds, will definitely book again.

Disappointing inside

Over rated and overpriced..Pleasant looking property and great location, but very disappointing, more 3 star inside than 4.5, a quarter a roll of toilet paper left for the weekend, no toilet roll holder, toilet paper had to sit on the floor, basic bathroom, very uncomfortable and dated lounge suite, dining, beds

I am sorry you found the house disappointing...there is extra amenities in the bathroom cupboard . I am sorry you did not find the house comfortable I know when you arrived you wanted extra items that were not included in the price and whilst we include tea/coffee supplies, shampoo/soaps etc..Chocoltaes on arrival as a gift..... . we try to please all our guests where we can. Wood is supplied free of charge for the Wiinter monthsas stated on the website and we have great professional cleaners who we feel do a brilliant job. The location is brilliant as you said, and whilst we never claim to be a 5 star resort, we believe overall the beach cottages are well equipped and enjoyed by many repeat customers.

A nice place to stay

In a fully equipped kitchen I would like to see a coffee plunger available & a bread knife. Shame the garden was over grown out the back, which makes it difficult for your dog to find a spot to relieve her self.

Fantastic stays every time

We really enjoyed it. One adult and 2 young children. Torquay is perfect any time of year and has things to entertain them and places to eat. Will regularly return.

We were disappointed as this is a dog friendly accommodation, yet no grassed area for a toilet, had to go down the street often which was an inconvenience. Also the beds were very uncomfortable.

Being opposite a dog friendly beach is such a draw card, and whilst there are garden beds and paved areas in the back area, this was the look we decided on to help keep it neat and tidy. Shame about the beds, we have had many people say there so comfortable... I guess everyone's tastes are different Cheers elizabeth

Comfortable with everything you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so close to the beachside. We enjoyed a different run or cycle track each day, just to stay up with sourcing a different food venue each night, all within walking distance. Fabulous location!!! Host most helpful and always contactable. Warm log fire was a huge bonus during winter.

Fantastic Property

Couldn't have been happier with the friendly manager, beautiful house and a great location to stay at. Lovely rooms, great view from Beach House and all that was needed for a relaxing getaway. Will definitely stay again.

Great beach house with everything you could need

Fully stocked kitchen, lovely property managers, large living area and a very short walk to the dog beach at Torquay. One small note: If you have small dogs like us, you might need to bring some mesh to cover the gate at the side as our little dogs could squeeze through the bars :)
